Hired for mold remediation. See pics for how they left our bed covered in mold dust and black chunks. Claimed all our clothes were contaminated and didn't need to be protected during remediation. Then they cleaned everything using a "subcontractor" with 20% markup, which was just another Servpro branch in Marion. I should have just worked with that branch directly. Did not provide an estimate and exceeded insurance limits without authorization. Left HVAC running during mold remediation which affected the entire house. Claimed everything was already contaminated before they arrived so it wasn't their fault. Poor communication throughout the process. Strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I moved from Evansville to halfway across the country. Like a dummy i left 2 valuable sport coats at the Pearl Cleaners in Evansville. I called and Krystal made it a point of taking the jackets to UPS on her lunch break so i could get them shipped. This was well beyond any expectations i would have for customer service; it was exemplary!!! While i wont have occasion to be in Evansville again, i heartily recommend using Pearl Cleaners. Krystal you are a gem for providing such great service!!

I am military we are new to the area I will NOT be comimg back here. Dropped my robe and 2 peice suit and it had a spot I knew about.I was told to call me with pricing before they cleaned and I would decide if i wanted to clean it ir just donate it.No call and when I come to pick it up, there was a tag on the toothpaste suit, saying that they could not get the stain out.Okay.That was fine.But I request, it did a call be given to me for the pricing before the cleaning, and not to mention one robe and a two piece was almost fifty dollars.Yeah, I won't be coming back here.Let me find another cleaners

Love Pearl Cleaners, they do an excellent job with dry cleaning and all other services. I took several pieces of St John wear for cleaning and one of them had some stains around the bottom sleeves. I doubted they would come out since the stains had been on there for a long time. To my surprise, when I got my clothes back the stains were completely gone. The clothes looked beautifully dry cleaned. I am extremely happy with the service they provide and won’t go anywhere else.

Friday 5/5 on my lunch I dropped off a corporate event tablecloth to the Green River Rd location to be laundered and pressed. The older lady working told me it would be back by 5/11 after 5pm. So 6 days until I can have it back. I told her I needed it back for an event on the 9th at 4:30pm. She angrily tore up the slip and rewrote it with RUSH CHARGE starred in the upper left corner and a note saying pick up after 5, on the 8th. I just went to pick it up and asked the young girl working about Clayton’s general turn around time as to avoid rush charges in the future. She basically told me a day and a half. I then presented my ticket with the RUSH CHARGE written on it for a 4 day turn around. The younger girl was confused and summoned the lady I originally dealt with. She loudly, rudely told me it’s not due back until the 9th. I said very plainly the 8th after 5 is indicated on the ticket. And guess what? They had not even laundered it yet. It was still dirty in their bin 4 days later. No apology. No offer to make it right. Just a “welp I guess they didn’t get it” and a “we can try to have someone pick it up tomorrow” horrific business practice. So now I will certainly be incurring a rush charge at an alternate service provider. Ridiculous. Avoid.
