Friday 5/5 on my lunch I dropped off a corporate event tablecloth to the Green River Rd location to be laundered and pressed. The older lady working told me it would be back by 5/11 after 5pm. So 6 days until I can have it back. I told her I needed it back for an event on the 9th at 4:30pm. She angrily tore up the slip and rewrote it with RUSH CHARGE starred in the upper left corner and a note saying pick up after 5, on the 8th. I just went to pick it up and asked the young girl working about Clayton’s general turn around time as to avoid rush charges in the future. She basically told me a day and a half. I then presented my ticket with the RUSH CHARGE written on it for a 4 day turn around. The younger girl was confused and summoned the lady I originally dealt with. She loudly, rudely told me it’s not due back until the 9th. I said very plainly the 8th after 5 is indicated on the ticket. And guess what? They had not even laundered it yet. It was still dirty in their bin 4 days later. No apology. No offer to make it right. Just a “welp I guess they didn’t get it” and a “we can try to have someone pick it up tomorrow” horrific business practice. So now I will certainly be incurring a rush charge at an alternate service provider. Ridiculous. Avoid.

I went on Sunday. And the gray haired slim woman who works this always thinks that she must tell me how to use the washers. The big washers no longer are able to dispense softener. You have to put it where the soap goes at the beginning of rinse cycle. I feel they need to fix those washers or get new ones. They make enough money. And the large dryers had two down again. This is horrible service. Please teach the attendant customer service.

Clearly has seen better days and seems to be dwindling in it's lifespan. The owners are actively encouraging the clientele with posters to visit the larger location "just 10 minutes away"

Went to pick up my laundry and was told how much my dry cleaning came to you I couldn't believe how much it has gone up in the last year or two

The lady that works there was really rude she locks the doors around 5, we had to take our clothes to dry at a different place.

If I could rate it for less I would. There’s a woman named Dorothy that works there that we do business with and she cursed at me and harassed me over the phone.

The lady who works here is very rude she watches you as soon as you come through the door majority of there washer and dryer’s are out of order it stank washer are filthy do not recommend  3 dryers available and 2 washers and the washer went out of order while I was washing she watches my kids and they are very well mannered

This laundry mat has very polite attendants, but alot of the equipment is broke down  5 dryers out of 27-28 work, and only 3 of the 5 heat up. The owner doesn't care either, he said there are other laundry mats in town if you're not happy. Come on do better with running a business, fix the equipment!!!

Clean and well-run operation. ATM and change machines all working. Plenty of self-service washers and dryers. I especially like the drop off service for wash/dry/fold. $1/lb on weekdays. Drop off takes less than 5 minutes, and a phone call a couple hours later indicates laundry is done. Pick up takes less than 2 minutes. I've used both services extensively and highly recommend this facility.

Out of about 50 machines only a few didn't have an out of order sign on them. The dryers that were not out of order took an hour and cloths were still damp.

Only four of their driers work, and that's on a good day. The only washers that work are the expensive small ones so it costs way to much to do even a small load. >:(
