Ordered a white sweater for my wedding rehearsal and opened the box the day before the trip to find that there were several unsightly black streaks on the white wool and—the horror!—a dry clean only garment tag.

Even with a super tight timeline, the folks at Eco Friendly were so kind and understanding and not only managed to remove all the smudges and streaks but even steamed it so it looked brand new! First time customer but I will be back :)

They have always gone above and beyond. Very friendly and remember who I am for drop off and pickup. Once I left a valuable item in a pants pocket. When I picked up the pants, they handed me my item, which they had bagged and set aside for safekeeping.

The staff were so friendly and kind. 😊 I was able to bring it in, try it on and show them what I was hoping to change (including shortening the length of the dress). They did it in less than 24 hours and it was high quality work! I’m so happy with how my dress turned out 🥹 and am grateful for the wonderful experience I had with the alterations services here! 😇🫶

All around the BEST laundromat I’ve been too, I’m there like twice a week 😛🥳

They’re fast and affordable, which I really appreciate. I brought in a wool jacket with a relatively fresh coffee stain and was told they would work on removing it. Unfortunately, the stain was still there when I picked it up and I was told they tried to get it out but it wouldn’t come out. I ended up getting it out myself with a Tide pen, which was a bit disappointing, and I feel like they could have removed it. I only say this because I managed to get the entire stain out with the tide pen, but wanted to follow the care instructions for the jacket which said “dry clean only.” I will still be taking my dry cleaning to them, but just for cleaning and not stain removal.
