Absolutely love going here! The overnight ole head Tony is the greatest, now talk about respect, kindness thoughtfulness & helpful, that’s him! He makes you feel comfortable & safe at the same time even leaving your clothes to run to Dunkin for ice coffee 🤣 nah but seriously we need more souls like him reminds me of my pop how he is a people person always smiling & welcoming always cleaning whether it’s mopping or sweeping or wiping down! Took my suits to Al at Flash One and told him what I wanted. He delivered in excellence as always. Jacket required the arms to be taken in and pants needed a hem and taper. As you can see Flash One did an amazing job, delivered my garments on time and a reasonable price point.

Not every hero wears a cape! When NO ONE would take this detailed and delicate suit Flash Cleaners just took that as a challenge! Not only did we get the suit back cleaned within 24 HOURS the owner also sewed the buttons back on! If I could’ve hugged him I would’ve lol Thank you for making our day special

Great tailor! Brought in my favorite hoodie to get fixed and they did a great job fixing the zipper, replacing the elastic cuffs, and even mended some minor holes here and there for a really reasonable price.

I put three coats inside that cleaners. Two coats needed a zipper the other leather needed to be mend. My black favorite leather coat came back greenish blue With the arms burnt  on   My soft leather coat. Red marks in the front of the coat and a big circle in front also . All I asked for him to do is to  replaces a zipper. Brown  leather came out fine with a new zipper. My last cream trench coat, look like he cut 2  inches off the bottom and now it looks like a coat. The lining on the coat is hanging out because the coat was a long trench.  Only if you can see thisl it will make you cry. This establishment needs to go out of business really.  Damage to my 2 COAT ABOUT  1800, DOLLARS.  WOW  NEVER  AGAIN. This cleaners get 10 thumbs  times down 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The dry cleaning is fine, but not worth the price. I was charged $27 to launder a light weight fall coat. When I asked about the pricing, I did not appreciate the owner’s manner. Rather than simply explaining the pricing, he became rude and dismissive of my concern. I’ve also noticed that he is friendly and talkative to white customers, but his demeanor changes when he is interacting with Black patrons. He lost a customer.

Racist… had more conversation and helpful to a woman who was white infront of me …but when it came to me for my dress to be hemmed was refused service…Sadly this was my childhood Cleaners. Broke my heart to not be helped.

Outstanding and loyal customer service. I paid for my 10 childhood teddy bears to be dry cleaned.. All are sentimental, and one was handmade for me.   Add in a 2 yr hiatus for my return due to illness. I didn’t even call during that period. On the rebound, I called to see if they still had my childhood comforts. THEY DID!!

He also placed them in a nice storage bag. They are now back home and are still smiling— so am I :)

The world needs more dedicated service such as this!!!  I will be better on my next time around now that I have my health back.

Very friendly.  I haven't used a dry cleaner in years so I'm not sure whether the pricing is reasonable.  I paid $18 for a wool pea coat to be cleaned and $13 for a pair of corduroy pants to be hemmed.  I was a little shocked at the prices but again, it's been a while so maybe those are competitive prices?  Regardless, I'm happy to support my local business.

I went on a Tuesday 11/4/25 3/4pm they were very crowded, so I left out decided to come back at a later time, in which it’s was a great idea! I arrived back @ 4am the the center was totally empty, that’s how I like it. The machine to get the wash card take debit & Apple Pay, the dry is FREE unlike other locations in the city I use to go to, it was very clean! The laundry attendant was very helpful, he showed me how to use my wash card, his customer service is outstanding! This is my new favorite laundromat! Keep up the great work bakers center staff Fox st! 😊

Nice laundry 🧺! Very clean with big washers and dryers. They take cash, card, Apple Pay and has a bill breaker. Bathrooms are relatively clean for a laundry and the staff is helpful. There are vending machines with snacks, water, etc.

Spent over 60$ washing four loads of clothes, I selected the option on the machine of extra wash and extra rinse. I used a 155 load box of detergent to ensure cleanliness.  I opened the machines to a foul odor. Worst than a mildew smell. The machines must need a cleaning themselves.  Which must be the reason they have no rewash signs all over the laundromat. Waste of my time and money.

If you go early morning or afternoon is quiet the machines all work good free dryer the workers are very nice and it's huge everyone not all squished up together
