Dry cleaned super fast! I dropped this off on Sunday and was told it'd be ready by Thursday, to my pleasant surprise they notified me it was ready Wednesday! It looks completely new and they even ironed it out for me! Dita was super sweet and nice when I went to pick up.

NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS. I’ve come by multiple times to pick up my stuff and I cannot. The hours posted online are misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this place overall. Highly unclear and inconvenient. Lady at front very nice but misleading hours. Also insanely over-priced.

I had an issue with their $10 minimum for card purchases. My bill was $9 for 2 pressed shirts. Did not have cash on me at the time. I did have a debit and credit cards. I was rudely charged $10. They lost my patronage and respect.

Joy cleaners saved my wedding dress. I have sent many articles of clothing to be dry cleaned at Joy's and I've always been happy with their work, from delicate satin Indian outfits to multilayered heavy dresses and outerwear, the clothes always come out better than they arrive. Recently, I just had my wedding. They steamed my poofy ballgown wedding dress with so many layers to prepare for the wedding and it came out looking perfect at the wedding. The day of the wedding, someone spilled espresso martini all over my dress and I had dirt stains all over the bottom. Somehow, they were able to get all the stains out and the dress looks totally new. The customer service is also amazing and they are always so fun to talk to.  They walked me out to my car down the block and carried the wedding dress for me because it was so big and heavy. I would definitely come back with any of my clothes and trust them with everything!

Thank you to Mimi who took excellent care of my wedding dress at the last minute. I had flown in for my wedding and my dress was badly wrinkled from the trip. Mimi not only did an excellent job pressing / steaming it, but she did it quickly and reasonably priced. She saved the day and the dress looked PERFECT.

I dropped off two dresses over a month ago for some minor alterations ahead of my wedding. When I came to pick them up on the agreed date, they hadn’t been touched. I was told they’d be ready the following week, and since I still had a few weeks until my wedding, I agreed. Unfortunately, when I returned the dresses were still untouched.I was left trying to find someone else to alter my wedding dress with little over a week to go during a very busy wedding season.  Steve around the corner  came through and even dealt with a crying bride.

I frequent this laundromat because I love down the street. Yes it’s a bit pricier than others but it is always clean and kept well. The restrooms are always clean. Anytime I’m in there an employee is cleaning something or doing maintenance on something. It’s a comfortable, and friendly environment. If anything happens with the machines they are diligent to fix and resolve within a timely manner. This will be my spot as long as I’m in this neighborhood.

Very good place if you need a laundromat. It was huge, or should I say Jumbo. I never saw this amount of machines. We needed to wash our two comforters and put them in a giant machine.
Price was reasonable and the dryer was free. You need to load money onto a card to use machines.
Best of all, the woman running the place was very nice and helpful. You rarely find people like this.

Worst dry cleaner ever . Sent my DG dress for dry cleaning and received it with stain from their steam. They did not heldany responsibility for the damage caused , and were way too arrogant on their responses . Had to throw away my dress as the damage was irretrievable.
I said i wanted to contact the manager or owner , and the girl there told me the owner lived abroad. Then next morning the owner appers suddenly. A very rude woman , not even saying sorry for what they did . They kept lying me even though there were cameras when I showed the dress to the reception and the condition that i handled it . Also the workers were lying too.
Be careful were you sent your expensive clothes . They are unprofessional.

Used this laundromat for years. Gets crowded but if you go early its not bad. Always clean, workers walk around sweeping and cleaning often.

Are used to go to this place and drop off at least twice a week till I found out that they were overcharging me and on top of that when I went to assembly hey I think there’s something wrong with the receipt because I only did six pieces which were only six shirts and she charged me $66 I said there’s no way you charge me $11 a shirt when the club with the sign says cheaper than that and she started going crazy you know like go do you not like go I said LEYDI listen to me I’m trying to help you and she didn’t so that’s why the clothes are getting and then I also ask for the quality of clothes that you’re giving me back is not to your standards you have better standards in this I don’t know I’m never gonna go back I feel like they’re overrated they’re over expensive and I found a new place if you guys want it let me know and I’ll send you where to go great price and great service

This lady ruined my pants I had been waiting 3 years to wear.
Asked for a trim to my new pants. Came back to find them a lot shorter then I had marked them, the trim looks like it’s been done by a child or drunk person not straight or professional at all and my pants had a nasty period like mark that she didn’t take accountability for. Instead of apologizing she literally tried to blame everything on you. Lazy my pants were brand new? She did the same thing with my dad’s shirt before but it should have been my fault for coming back. Would not recommend to anyone. I don’t like attitude. She doesn’t understand customer service nor does she understand how to trim

this is the typical dry cleaner I go to. It’s super affordable and near my house in walking distance. The lady in the front is kind and sweet, I always go there to wash my shirts and it always comes out clean. I would recommend this dry cleaner for your clothes. If there is a higher rating I could give, I would.

I went to this place thinking that it was just an ordinary dry cleaning store. I waited 3 days after I dropped it off, as told by the lady to. When I got there to pick my blazer up, it wasn’t even touched since I dropped it off there 3 days before. I had to wait when I should’ve just had to pick up it after the 3 days of waiting. The lady told me to wait 2 minutes to dry clean, and it looked like she was rushing. I received it thinking that it was all clean. But when I got home and took off the plastic, my blazer looked a mess and it was 10 times worse than what I initially brought in.
I don’t recommend this dry cleaning place. They charged me $7 to ruin my blazer.

They do a great job cleaning and pressing your clothes to your satisfaction. Never late with the pick up time. I do not recommend this dry cleaner. They ruined my husband's shirt, did a very bad job of ironing the clothes, and didn't clean them at all. when I contacted them, they did not correct their work. I am very upset

I’ve been taking my clothes to Valet cleaners for years and never had one bad experience. They may be a little on the pricey side, but I’ve tried other cleaners in the area, and they don’t compare! Mr. Sonny and his wife are always friendly and always have my clothes ready when they say they will. As long as Valet Cleaners is open they’ll be my one and only Dry Cleaner!

Don't waste your money on garbage service. This place is very disappointing. Took an expensive winter coat to get cleaned, and because of the fabric they were not able to clean it properly, but instead of communicating with me, and tell me that they could not clean the fabric they just went and did a bad job just to charge me for it. I'm so angry. These people don't care. They just want your money. I do not recommend.

These people are miracle workers!!! I took a very expensive  dry clean only jacket  that got latex paint on the sleeve to another cleaners and they said it  couldn't be taken out, there was no hope. Took it to Valet and they said they weren't sure if it could be done but they would give it a try. Come back to pick it up and it's good as new!!!  I could not be more grateful! They said they had to do two passes with it. So you know they go to the extra mile! Plus it was incredibly affordable I cannot recommend highly enough!!

I frequent this laundromat at night/early mornings, so it's not that busy. It's it's clean and the machines do a good job.  That said, even when it's busy it's easy to find a machine.   There is free drying that goes along with your washing fee. They use my data cards and the machines are $4.49 $7.49 and $9.99 respectively with regard to size.

I don’t know WHY I went here😩 Says the Laundry Lounge out front, I double checked the address and it is in fact the Cafe.

Let me break this down for you. First things first, the parking lot is dirty and feels downright sketchy—it’s not exactly the kind of environment that makes you feel welcome or safe. Now, I will give credit where credit is due: the young lady folding clothes behind the counter and the one helping the community with local services are the only bright spots in this establishment. But let’s get real—no free dry anymore, and they’ve hiked up the prices? Who exactly is approving all these 4- and 5-star reviews? There’s just no way they’re legit. This place needs a serious reality check.

This laundromat is no longer The Laundry Cafe. Which was good. It's now called AM/PM Laundry Lounge.
And it SUCKS! We used to have 2 free dries when using the small machine. Now lucky if you get one. And the bigger machine, double loader, we used to get 4 FREE DRIES! Now lucky if you get 2 or 3! THEY CUT OFF THE WIFI! And currently there's NO HOT WATER!

Please never ever come here. It is a hell world that traps you in forever. The system is that you have to buy a card to use the machines and can only put a minimum of $10 on the card each time. Plus an additional fee to create the card. They have you keep spending more money and having only a few dollars left over on it making the laundry trip more expensive than a spot that uses quarters. I guess if you properly plan on how much each machine is plus dry and that you’ll keeping coming back here it works out but if you just need to do some laundry occasionally you’ll end up paying way more than what a usual laundromat costs.
I just went here for the 4th time and have felt like I got ripped off each time.
PLEASE DO NOT GET TRAPPED STAY AWAY

Since the change in ownership from “The Laundry Cafe” to “am pm laundry” this place has gone down significantly in quality. Whole row of dryers broken. So many washers and dryers with “out or order” signs and you can’t even grab a laundry cart without feeling like a criminal. Will be finding a new place to go.
