1/12/25 was my first visit to the new location and oh how I love it 😍 they have made quite a few improvements since the old location just down the road. Bathroom was spacious (toilet was dirty and needed cleaning though) but the washers and dryers are nice and fast which is a  major plus for someone like me who doesn’t like to spend all day washing clothes. Flat screens are nice with great quality. There is adequate parking around the entire building and the automatic doors are fantastic! The only suggestion I have is the addition or switching of the tables for larger ones where you fold laundry as I do feel they are small in size to where you would have to place a small amount of clothing there at at time to prevent any of them from falling off the sides of the table.

Very clean, well attended, very rarely see machine breakdowns or out of service units. Can be crowded here during peak times but never have had to wait for machines- plenty to go around. Cash or card to preload payment cards or app- very convenient and the staff is very helpful with setup.

UPDATED FOR NEW LOCATION:  we tried out the new location when circling back thru town to visit family.  This place is beautiful! Well laid out, great machines, reasonable prices, plenty of room & folding areas, carts.  Ample, easy parking in front & on side of bldg.  And most importantly- SUPER CLEAN!  Which seems to be uncommon these days.  A great spot to take care of your laundry needs!  LOVE that they have the automatic doors so you aren’t fumbling to go in and out of the door! Nice that it is open 24 hours! The vending machines are handy also and have a great selection - we needed an extra bag for all of our bed linens and got a nice scented one for $1.

We were traveling and staying in the area for a couple months in our RV.  Found this gem.  We have been to ALOT of laundromats while traveling full time in our RV and this one by far had the newest, most well maintained machines.  They had the largest capacity machines I’ve ever seen also.  Economically priced!! All machines worked as they should - which is usually never our luck.  And it was awesome that they also accepted credit cards in addition to the typical coins.  Bill changer on site also.  Tidy restroom.  Staff checked in while I was there - keeping things neat and swept.  Loved loved loved the dryers.  Easy to use with digital displays & dried well in short time even on low heat.  Safe neighborhood and good sized parking lot.  Highly recommend using this local business for any of your laundry needs!

Been a long time customer of “Village Laundry”. The owners really take pride in their business & have provided a beautiful new facility for their customers. I wish those customers would take the same pride in this place as the owners. I’m saddened how some people trash this place. The owners are always cleaning up after people who disrespect this facility. Overall, this is still the best laundromat in allen county. New washers at a great price, plenty of seating & a user friendly app.

This laundromat is BY FAR the BEST one I have been to. My wife and I were on the road for an extended amount of time and we needed some place dependable. This is the place! They are not the cheapest, but the quality of washers and dryers are frigging amazing!

Lima Tank Wash

Very courteous staff. The facility always seems extremely busy but they always get to me in a fairly reasonable time. I park the trailer and take my 10hr break there and my trailer is done long before my break is up.

Great place, great staff, brought a bulk tanker for a quick wash late at night. Was washed when I woke up in the morning. Easy to find, Parking for truck on site.

Seriously don’t know how this place has any good reviews. They take FOREVER to wash a tank. It’s always a downer when our company sends us here we always have to wait at minimum 6-8 hours usually more for them to even touch the tank. When asked for a ETA they said “idk” You guys need to do better. Truckers have clocks too and times that they need to do things. It’s disrespectful and rude.

Terrible place for a trailer washout. I had to come in the office and pay first which was fine. Then sent around to wait and see which bay I was going into. After 20 minutes or so of tanker trailers being moved in and out of the bay‘s I realized it may be an hour before they even acknowledge me. So I went in and got my receipt and left

This place is totally AWESOME! They have a nice drivers lounge with cable and microwave.. They said they have showers but I didn't use. The guys that work here were really nice n helpful! There price for a wash out was cheaper then a blue becon, we did have to wait a little bit but we had time to kill waiting for next load..thanks

Bell Laundry (Lima, OH)

Open 24 hours. Convenient. Nice size washers and dryers. I swear an attendant to sweep and wipe down every hour or so would be so helpful. It's a shame that grown adults can't clean up behind themselves because this is a very nice place.

This laundry mat is going down hill need a better cleaner. Bathroom disgusting floors are dirty. Washers and dryers are decent price tho.  Come on Lima do BETTER. If you need a janitor u can hire my 20 year old daughter….

I wouldnt recommend this laundry mat. Put my clothes in the washer, put 5 dollars in and it started the spin cycle . I came back to find out no water came out of the washer. Wasted my time and money.

This laundromat used to be my favorite one to go to, has gone down hill. Absolutely disgusting now. Trash all over, floors and machines are just covered in filth.

Dryers ruined all our blankets. Idk if they r too hot or what but it makes blankets scratchy. Even when on delicate mode all blankets become scratchy.

This laundry mat has no number to call with any problems, put a $20 bill in the machine to get change, it kept my $20 didn't give me any change at all. Almost all the washers are broken or after you put your money in, it does not start  Do not recommend anyone goes here

Coin machine never works , dryer don’t dry fully,

I have come here a couple of times it is nasty and the machine take your money. I have just lost 12 dollars in the machine that looks like they work but they don’t. So I had to cash more money and use a different one because my clothes had soap already on them. Also there is no way to contact anybody so you just lost your money. Last time coming here.

Filthy dirty place. Forgot my detergent and vending machine for laundry supplies was out of order. Plus only had one of those laundry baskets on wheels for the entire place. First and last time there!

Used big washer number 12 and did not drain clothes were soaking wet you can still see the soap and water in the washer would put a zero but wouldn’t let me
