Out of all of the dry cleaners in Lima, Bob's is the best one. The building is old and a little disheveled but the service and clean was fine. I sent them over $1000 worth of dresses to be cleaned.. just about every single one of them was shrunk or the seams were torn. One dress still had a spot on it; they did take that back no questions asked and it came back clean. Very unfortunate experience because they seemed friendly throughout the process.

Took about 2 1/2 months to get my daughter's wedding dress cleaned when we were told "it could take up to a month" when we dropped it off. To be fair, it was a month before Christmas, but would've appreciated some communication about it taking so long. Other than that, the dress looks nice and seems clean.

Just picked up my formal dress for upcoming wedding and am upset. I was told it would be $30. And just got charged $49. How can you tell someone one price then charge a different higher price.
