I took a brand new dress in (tags still attached which for some reason Koko’s removed??) as it had 3 very small marks on it and I was attending a wedding. I got it back to find they couldn’t remove one of the marks which was a
Small black one which was fine, however whatever has been sprayed to remove stains has been visibly left on the dress and now I have to wear the dress to a wedding in worse condition that when I took it in. The three small marks weren’t that bad, but the water/steam/spray marks are super obvious. Not very impressed at all. One star because he did give me 50% of my money back and a second star because I feel bad leaving just one. It would have been really helpful to receive some advice on how to remove the residue instead of just telling me “it can never come out worse from a dry cleaner” when it clearly did and I was extremely stressed needing it the next day.

Very bad service.
Dry cleaning shrunk my polo shirt to a ridiculous size. The owner was extremely rude and said he wasn't responsible because he didn't measure the shirt before cleaning. ALL HE CAN DO IS TOLD ME TO REPORT HIM 😕. I really dont understand how he can run the business like that.
Now i know why the business has a lot of 1 star review.

Disappointing.. dropped me cleaning off, came back a week later which was after we initially agreed and wasn't ready. Had to come again they were closed and third time they just said.. oh sorry.. Not my fault.

Absolutely appalling service here, they ruined my dress and cooked small stains into it that as ‘professionals’ you would have known could have been removed easily with cold water. I will never use this business again and would advise others to steer very clear!!!

Received a lecture here today from a female employee. When I collected my items I was told that they had been counted incorrectly and so I owed EVEN MORE money. She intimated it was my error when in fact they'd counted the items, not me. I mentioned that I felt I'd already paid them enough money considering I'd already paid them $20 to iron (not clean) a cotton shift dress. Managed to get a small discount but her poor attitude and the fact that she didn't accept the error was theirs doesn't make up for it. I suggest she has a nap and receives some customer  service training.

And here's where you're wrong again. I requested the shirts be pressed only, not laundered so in fact you've overcharged me. It's not that i can't afford it, it's that I don't expect to be barked at when the error is yours. You barked at the poor guy working there as I was approaching the counter so can see that this is your usual demeanour. Get some business training.
