I've used this place in the past. Haven't had a problem today. I called and they didn't even answer the phone properly. Didn't know if I was calling a gas station or dry cleaners. Then gentlemen answer the phone, I had a hard time understanding him. And he had a hard time understanding me.
So that being said, I won't be going back.

I was asked to pick up dry cleaning for someone and went to the address on the receipt. The address on the receipt however was for the location in Ancaster. After a 30 min drive I get there to find out its actually this location. I drove back another 20 minutes and when I arrived I asked why they're using receipts with the wrong address. Their printer wasn’t working so they’d been using these pads and the lady said the person who asked me to pick up for them should've told me the correct address. Actually the OFFICIAL RECEIPT should have the correct address. This was an infuriating experience. I am very unimpressed with their customer service.
