Can’t recommend enough!! It was my first time using a dry cleaner ever and they got out a stain in my white pair of pants that had been dried on for WEEKS. I’m talking I washed this pair and dried it several times trying to get a severe food stain out without luck and they had this pair of jeans sparkling whiter than ever!

I also left them a dress shirt which seems to have been nicely washed and pressed!

I called around a bunch of dry cleaners and this one seems to have the best price for value ratio. Amazing small business!

Do not trust them with expensive clothing. A Canada Goose Winter Jacket was damaged. Customer Service was horrible and dishonest! BTW, Very typical reply from the owner. Everyone could see their true color! Zero honesty, Zero Responsibility, Zero Warranty. Law suit is coming next!!!

I would not recommend this dry cleaner. My husband took his suit to be cleaned here and they said it would be done in two days. When he called the shop to confirm it was ready they said they were waiting for it to come back (as they send out their cleaning to be done at an different location) and that it was on the way. My husband went over to pick it up an hour later and it still hadn’t arrived. They told my husband that they called the people bringing it and it was on the way and should be there soon. After waiting another half an hour, my husband asked if he could just go pick it up from them as he couldn’t wait forever. When they called them again to confirm where they were they said had they haven’t even left yet with the suit yet. It’s very dishonest to continually say it’s on the way when it actually isn’t. Instead of waisting my husband’s time, they could have been honest with him and he could have picked it up himself. He chose this location because it was close to work and in the end had to drive to go get it.

Brought my wedding dress here to get cleaned from mud stains at the bottom the dress and a coffee stain going down the entire dress. When I got the dress back it was like new again. The person that worked on my dress did wonders and I have a brand new dress again thats clean. And for a reasonable price! I highly recommend.

I'm normally fairly picky about which dry cleaner I choose however after talking to staff I was fairly confident they could be as meticulous as me. I have to say I was impressed by the passion, pride and quality they put into their work. The results are clean and sharp.

In regards to pricing, it was quite a deal. 30% off for first time visits and 5 shirts only cost $2.25 each. They also offer "rush" service for free and allegedly pickup/delivery is free too.

I visited this location after my dryer decided to call it quits leaving me stranded with many loads of wets clothes. I found the site to be very clean and spacious with ample machines to suit different needs. The staff (Christa) was super friendly and helpful, making the experience that much more enjoyable. The dryers were quick and not overpriced. They had money exchange onsite as well as the option to buy the necessities needed, not to mention the automatic doors making unloading/loading a breeze!! I felt comfortable and safe throughout. Folding 5 loads of laundry didn’t feel as daunting as it would have at home. Great experience and highly recommend!

Good story: Very rude and unprofessional. One employee said she'd clean my daughter's dress for a better rate and said "if the boss was here she'd charge you more, you're a kid and I'll give you the lower price" and added it to the receipt. The owner called back and said we were given wrong rate, I explained what the employee said so the boss would know her people were giving "deals", and thought she'd honour the price given (like Canadian law) and she escalated to yelling at me and said over and over how it "made no sense", demanded to talk to my daughter- basically accusing her of lying. Then she hung up on me (I remained calm and polite the entire exchange). I called back and told her to not touch the $450 dress, and we'd be by to pick-it up. The only positive is that she didn't destroy the dress after that call. Sadly, had she listen to me, she would have received good feedback on an employee who's messing around when she's there, kept us as customers, and not received this terrible review. Oh, and all of this was over a $15 price difference.

I have had two dresses altered here. I have also had several pants hemmed here. I used to go to Stitch It but Pioneer offers alterations for much cheaper and quicker. Great customer service, reasonable prices and quick service. Recommended.

Zero customer service. The owner of the dry cleaner is so disrespectful and rude. I went there to ask for a missing part of my shirt and all they could say it’s that it’s almost 10months and hence they might have toss it away. This owner went above and beyond to make sure my trip was perfect.

Totally mistook the location to be open until 8pm, arrived at around 6:15ish only to realize they close at 6pm.

I frantically started messaging the owner through every channel possible.  Within 30 mins, at 9pm at night, the owner contacted me and came to the location to ensure we had our items for travel.

I want to sincerely thank him for his kindness and care.

Overpriced is an understatement. VERY Simple sun dress, no sleeves, no collar, no pleats, no embelishments - not dirty! Charged 5.00 for a stain and $37 for the dress! Total $42. I asked how much a man's shirt costs....oh only $5.00 hmphhh? So way more fabric, dirty collars, underarm stains, long sleeves with cuffs, way more fabric than my dress and a challenging garmet to press. $5.00 vs $37?  So is this weird gender descrimination or just plain highway robbery.
Not good customer service when I questioned the price - he said, well you had the ticket and price on it when you droppped it off. Well in the olden days the price wasn't on 'the tickie'; so I did not look nor did I ask nor did you quote. THAT"S NOT THE POINT. Could have handled it better.

I have been to the Ancaster location a couple of times and experienced nothing but great service and quality. The prices were pretty standard and they were able to have my wedding suit and my wife's wedding dress all done within about 2-3 days. We had an outdoor barn styled wedding, so the bottom of my wife's dress was pretty muddy and Glesgo was able to make it look brand new again. We would definitely come back here again.

The service is great. The quality is always good. Shirts pressed well. Dresses too. They also leave you notes if they notice a stain. They also leave ties or pocket squares in a bag when you forget them in your suit. The owner really values your business.
