Ina is one of the kindest person I have ever met. She is so friendly and helpful. Her customer service is so great that this rating can’t give justice. I gave her to alter my jeans and she did great job. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place !!!

I came in to drop off a coat for cleaning. I explained that I had the coat cleaned elsewhere once before, and that it did not remove all the stains. I let them know that the stains had been there for about a year now - to which the employee rolled her eyes and seemed to hold back a laugh. The owner came over (after much judgement from the sole employee there) and removed one of the stains. Because of this, I was called a liar and told that I can either leave the coat there or go “get my money back” from the other place.

I’m not sure why but I was met with extreme defensiveness and judgement from the owner and her employee. All I wanted was to bring the coat in to be cleaned, and I had read multiple positive reviews about this location. After taking this level of disrespect, I obviously decided to not leave my coat here for cleaning. Further than not being able to have my coat cleaned, the encounter just made me feel bad. To the owner and employee at this location - no need to berate and ridicule others. Especially not your potential customers.

BED BUGS!!! I came here today and did about $120 dollars worth of laundry (small washers $5 large washers $10 dryers 25 cents per 2 MINUTES!) just to walk out after finishing sewing bed bugs on my stroller where my 1 year old daughter was sleeping. I went to the lady working at the front desk and informed her and she shrugged her shoulders and told me to phone the owner. My husband phoned him and all he could say is what am I suppose to do and told us not to come back. Smh I’m extremely afraid of bringing my clothing back home and now have to purchase a new stroller. The customer service here is awful don’t expect anything more than them extorting your money.

Unbelievable experience my friend had tonight at this disgusting disgraceful place. Single mother of 2 child, scrambling for time… everyday!! Ensuring she has clean clothes for her kids… she was 5 minutes past the time of closure and the woman…. At the front was a disgrace and disgusting towards the whole experience!! I can’t recommend her enough! She’s not only a talented dry cleaner but also an incredible dressmaker. The way she creates dresses for me is simply amazing,  identical to what I ask for, with perfect attention to detail. She is always on time, very polite, and extremely friendly. I’ve been searching for someone like her for a long time, and I’m so happy to have finally found her. I’m very picky when it comes to tailoring, but she meets all my requirements and exceeds my expectations every time!

Came with 1 suit jacket and pants, and 3 blouses. Gave them 4 days to just dry clean it. My advice would be to not bring a dirty suit  here if  you want a clean suit. Paid $40 for my  suit to be given back to me the exact same condition I handed it in. I've never paid $40 for my clothes to still be dirty, in the future I will never go back here and will probably just clean my own suit at home.

In response to your reply, if you stand behind your work and think it's acceptable then I don't see why you have to be on here to defend yourself. If you truly believe you cleaned my suit than you would have no explaining to do. I never once mentioned anything about the stains in my review and I came in at noon on Friday to drop off my suit and said I required it anytime before Monday. That gives you 4 days to figure out how to clean it . There are plenty of businesses who would've taken my suit and cleaned it within the 4 days I gave you but I chose your business as it came up first in my google search. You should not accept a "rush" if you aren't capable to do the work you are being paid to do. You offered I pick it up Saturday not me. If you needed to keep it until Sunday that was fine but you didn't mention that.  You had the upper hand you got my $40 and didn't have to clean my suit so I did you a favour.  I'm the one who has to wear a dirty suit for $40 not you so if you dont want  a bad review then explain to your new customers that they must bring their suits already cleaned if they want a clean suit to wear to work

I had an amazing experience at this place. I needed my clothes altered and dry cleaned within one day,  The owner said "no problem!"  And got everything done within a timely manner. I called many other dry cleaners in the area, no one was able to do alterations and dry cleaning within 1 day except for this place. I would definitely recommend, the alterations were done perfectly to my size. This place is fantastic.
