I recently brought my dress to Professional Dry Cleaners & Alteration. I can honestly say that this experience weny far beyond what I expected! The owner, who had an incredible stort, really puts his heart and soul into everything he does. He's friendly, kind, cares for the customers and actually wants to have small talk with them (so really catering towards customer connection and bond which is nice). He shared with me that he learned his craft from his late father and you can see through his passion and dedication he carries forward in his work.

I've never had any clothes altered before and I needed this dress fixed asap. Not only did he do a flawless job, but he went above ans beyond to do extra steaming and pressing for me to make it perfect. Its so clear that he really cares for the customers. He had a bunch of customers and he greeted them and rememebred their names and their little stories which is so sweet.

Ina is one of the kindest person I have ever met. She is so friendly and helpful. Her customer service is so great that this rating can’t give justice. I gave her to alter my jeans and she did great job. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place !!!

I came in to drop off a coat for cleaning. I explained that I had the coat cleaned elsewhere once before, and that it did not remove all the stains. I let them know that the stains had been there for about a year now - to which the employee rolled her eyes and seemed to hold back a laugh. The owner came over (after much judgement from the sole employee there) and removed one of the stains. Because of this, I was called a liar and told that I can either leave the coat there or go “get my money back” from the other place.

I’m not sure why but I was met with extreme defensiveness and judgement from the owner and her employee. All I wanted was to bring the coat in to be cleaned, and I had read multiple positive reviews about this location. After taking this level of disrespect, I obviously decided to not leave my coat here for cleaning. Further than not being able to have my coat cleaned, the encounter just made me feel bad. To the owner and employee at this location - no need to berate and ridicule others. Especially not your potential customers.
