Tony has been my family’s dry cleaner for over 25 years including his previous location and when his aunt was running the business. I can’t recommend Tony enough as a reliable and reasonably priced dry cleaner who can get the toughest stains out. Tony strives for excellence through customer service, speed of cleaning and amazing tailoring services. Highly recommend Tony for all of your dry cleaning and tailoring needs!!

Surprised, after dry cleaning effect is so good. My Goose white down coats particularly easy to dirty, the color becomes yellow. A friend recommended this dry cleaners, the cleaning to my surprise, white as new down jacket. At same time, I got my leather boots cleaned and conditioned, also looks like brand-new. The owner is very kindly and professionally, they have pick-up and delivery service. Very satisfied with the service, and will come again.

Use Gibson's a lot for clothing . Haven't had any issues at the Bloor village location. I thought I'd take my expensive winter boots for a clean . Pricing wasn't all that bad nor cheap either . $75 for the cleaning . I'm not impressed with the final product tho.The boots look like they were scrubbed and cleaned with a harsh brush and the brown leather is faded on different parts of the boot.

This business is careless. I received my favourite silk skirt back discoloured across the front, with large, thick safety pins stuck directly through the silk satin waistband (a HIGHLY visible area) and the weight of the garment on the hanger borne by the pins (so, large holes). It was not stained before I brought it in, and the whitish discoloration seems chemical, rather than like a treatable stain. My other thin, fine skirt was similarly pinned, with similar large holes left in the waistband.

All my woolens were embedded with tiny white feathers/pieces of down that took me ages to carefully pick out and pull free from the fabric. It seems like they were tumbled with a leaking winter coat. The ribbon at the collar of my jacket was completely shredded and frayed to bits, and the tags were crushed and warped by thick stapled tags.

It's clear to me that the people who work here don't pay any attention to detail, or even the before-after of their work.

I'm heartbroken over my skirt, to be honest. I think this place is fine for dry-clean-only synthetics, but I will never bring delicate, sentimental natural fibre clothing here again. Expecting $120 worth of dry cleaning to come back looking clean, cared for, polished, and not more debris-embedded and stained than before (!!) is reasonable, I think. If something goes awry, it is also reasonable to expect some effort at rectification by the business, or at the very least a proactive comment when things are picked up. This place cannot meet those expectations.

One star for the bare minimum--not losing anything.

I brought a white dress with many stains to them, giving it 10% chance to be clean again. To my surprise, they completely remove all of them. The team are also super nice and friendly. Highly recommend them and feel lucky to live close by.

I recently realized a black leather purse was causing dye stains on my khaki coloured Burberry jacket that went all around the shoulder and under the armpit. I was very worried about this staining being permanent and of course was concerned about taking it to a dry cleaner that could handle the issue without damaging my coat. I had never been to Sun Dry Cleaning before but after doing lots of research chose them for their consistently positive reviews. I dropped my jacket in and while they made no promises other than doing their best I am thrilled with the results. They were able to remove so much of the staining and there is now only minor staining visible in the seams as they didn't want to risk damaging the fabric. Before I could see the black stains in a mirror from afar and now you would have to get up close to inspect it to see it in the few places it remains. The work was done within a week and for a very reasonable price (they didn't charge any extra to address the stains). Suffice to say, I will be trusting them with all my dry cleaning needs in the future! Thank you for saving my beloved jacket! (two photos with the marble counter are before and the rest are after)

One time I needed an alteration for a dress I was wearing to a wedding the next day. They were able to accommodate a tight deadline, it was beautifully done, the price was affordable and the customer service was unmatched.

They’re always kind and friendly and do really great work. I’ll continue to come back and would highly recommend to anyone.

Brought in my favourite coat and a second pea coat. My favourite coat has pleather patches on it, and the person did not identify them as an issue at all. I figured he was going to spot clean the wool/the dirt on the wool on the back. Well, I just took it out of the bag and and the tassels are destroyed and parts of the pleather are peeling off. The dry cleaner should know the materials that cannot go through their system and need spot-cleaning. They also let me pick it up without telling me that there was an incident. That is unacceptable to me. To top it off, the other pea coat is still covered in tons of fuzz. Next time I clearly need to inspect things before paying and ask a million questions. I'll be calling to try to get a full refund. But please learn from my mistake and do not trust this business with your clothes.

They ruined my The Row top without telling me, they stretched the top’s neck and shoulders parts, totally ruined the cloth. They fold it on an hanger and gave to me, I trusted them so I didn’t check back then. I took it out from the plastic bag yesterday and realized that the top is totally ruined by them and I can’t wear it again. They definitely know that but didn’t say anything about it when I pick it up, even charge me full price for dry cleaning at that time. They wasted me more than $1000 dollars and also charged me the dry clean fee. So dishonest and unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience. I brought in a delicate and expensive outfit with an oil stain that I had already tried to remove at home without success. I made it very clear to the staff that if they couldn't clean it properly, they should let me know beforehand — I didn’t want the fabric to be damaged further. They confidently reassured me, even somewhat mockingly, saying “we’re professionals, not amateurs,” so I trusted them.

Five days later, I picked up my clothes, paid, and left. But as soon as I stepped outside into better light, I noticed the stain was still there. I went back in and politely pointed it out, but the response I got was completely dismissive: “Yeah, that’s what it is. What do you want me to do?” No apology, no explanation, nothing.

This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I won't be returning, and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who values their clothes or expects honest service.

Today they charged me $50 for one skirt and one top. The women delivering said she had to charge me $15 for delivery-BUT thier website says free pickup and drop off. They jacked up the price and are scamming customers. Do not go here. They are not honourable people, very dishonest. I will never use them again.

UPDATE: RESPONSE TO BELOW - ALL of those charges should have been discussed with me before I had to pay not after. I never asked for rush I had no idea about the delivery fee as I've used this service before and was not charged that- I'm in the same location.  plus you never mentioned a rush fee when I asked for an explanation of the breakdown. This is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. The owner is so sweet and accommodating and can do beautiful repairs and alterations. She even was able to hem a dress in one day for me for a wedding and it looked flawless. She has done some very difficult repair work and it always looks beautiful. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The owner is sweet but it took over a week to clean my suit. Had to go 3 times to pick up the stuff and she forgot to clean the shirt every time. Almost missed my event. I'd avoid this place for anything time sensitive.

I was looking last minute to get my suit dry cleaned. She politely explained that it was too late for same day dry cleaning but offered to press my suit and do some spot cleaning free of charge. Super kind and understanding service. I even tried to leave a tip but she ran after me refusing it haha. Thank you!

Asked if two suits could be dry cleaned in a week. Came on the day and only half of each suit was ready. She told me to come back next day and would call me. Never called so I came back in, said she didn’t call me because wasn’t ready (only had one suit). Went on my trip missing a suit. Came back a THIRD time and had to wait 20mins while they searched for my item. Unfortunately a waste of time and not worth it.

Worker told me she’d give me half off for a jacket cleaning and didn’t give me the discount. Next, when I went to pick it up based on the date on the receipt, it wasn’t ready. Finally, the belt wasn’t on my jacket at all despite me dropping it off fully intact.

I’m leaving a 1 star review because the last few times that I’ve been here, I have encountered issues with the dryers where they will literally take 4-5 quarters which equals 20-25 mins but only dry for about 10. Sometimes the heat goes off and then the machine stops. Take out your items, put them into another dryer and it’s the same thing. 4-5 quarters are only about $1.00-$1.25 but when you need to keep changing dryers, it’s your time that is wasted. I’ve come in the morning, I’ve come at lunch and in the evening and afternoon. The last time I visited was yesterday on a Saturday evening which is usually busy and there was no attendant there to help. No way of contacting someone either. I would rather drive further to another coin laundry to get my items washed and dried.

First time at this dry cleaner.  It was absolutely disgusting. The floors were so dirty full of hair, dust, dirt and dryer sheets I felt like I needed to rewash anything that accidentally fell on the ground. I put stuff in the dryer at 8pm and I'm still her at 953pm. 2 hours and $10 later just in the dryers and my stuff is still not dry. The dryers constantly stopped, but kept running the time. What a scam to get people to pay more. If you come here watch your dryers carefully. Washing three loads of laundry cost me more that a Swiss Chalet dinner. I will never come back here again. Across the street where the Mr.Sub is, there is a new laundry mat. I'm trying that one next time.

Most of the dryers are not working, be careful with all washing machine and dryers. They are damaged from inside, they can break your clothes, please inspect all the machines before you use them or do a favor to yourself, go find another laundry.... your are welcome!

Yea I have the same review like others I brought it a brand new tuxedo shirt from “Soul Of London” from Harry Rosen. This shirt is very expensive the ring of the collar is still there. Even though I never took this out of the plastic and the bag they told me they cannot clean it again for free. Customer service is t their specialty. If we bring something in to clean that’s dry cleaned please clean it like we pay a good price for proper service. I don’t care if it’s been 8 months since I brought this is in how’s everything is cleansed but the collar. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place for service. Mainly due to the customer service at the front from owner and this new lady who works there now. Definitely left a bad taste as I truly love to support local and I’m friendly. I was planning on wearing this on my wedding day in a month as I remembered I had a tuxedo shirt only to find this error and all they can say is bring it in and pay for the service again.

I wish I saw the other persons review that’s in my photos this represents an accurate depiction of what I receive also. I have a dark closet and it remained in there suitcase covering. I will say my suit was cleaned ok though as I’m honest but my beautiful cotton shirt is destroyed.

Beware of hidden fees as they will rip you off. I dropped off a single polo shirt that should have cost me $9.50. When I went to pick it up, they charged me a “single shirt surcharge” of $3.50, plus an “luxury shirt fee” of another $3.50. They ended up charging me double. I’ve never heard of these charges nor did they mention them when you drop off your item.

They are THE BEST! I had an expensive white jacket at the bottom of my wardrobe for 3 months, as I had got white wine all over it, and a previous dry cleaner was unable to lift any stains. Sun King literally removed the stains completely and made the jacket brand new. It was my first time using them and they now have a new regular customer. They are also extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10!

Dry cleaning they’re excellent always spotless and on time. 5/5 But this time I used the tailor service…. Oh man do I have regrets leaving my suit last minute. She took an extra 2/3 inches off only 1 of my arm lengths and then on my jacket I don’t think she did anything. Absolute butcher job. In panic mood before my engagement party.

DO NOT USE THEM! I brought in a trench jacket for cleaning and it came back the exact same. They have the audacity to tell me the stains sat too long on the fabric and that it’s too special of a fabric to use their cleaners on and so it didn’t work. Even though the tag does not say dry clean only, and recommends washing on delicate. The stains were just some drink splashes with soap residue, and I still had dirt all around the cuffs. I was in shock after I payed 60$ !!!!! to get back a jacket I had to take home and oxy clean myself and put on delicate wash in a pillow case. Worst part, I asked for suggestions thinking a professional can advise on something I can do and they just said nope sorry, can’t use bleach on this. What a joke, it’s a jacket I asked you to clean, not some kitten I’m trying to keep alive. Scam !!!
