Long waiting time and in the end they don't solve anything 👎🏼👎🏼 I went this Saturday to wash my blankets. They told me that they would be ready on Monday, I went and they told me that it had been a mistake, that they would have them ready on Tuesday. I went again on Tuesday and they told me again that they would not have them ready until Wednesday. Obviously I demanded an answer and got upset because they made me go not 1 but 2 times and my blankets were still dirty. It is worth mentioning that I tried to communicate by phone before going and they did not answer my calls. The manager didn't solve anything for me and told me "What else do you want me to do? I already told you to come tomorrow." I mean I still wanted it to be a third time. As if they gave me gasoline for free. I chose to remove my blankets from there, I will look for another laundry where they will provide me with good service. 0 stars, terrible service.

The machines wash and dry well for an affordable price, however, it's very frustrating that so many washers and dryers are out of service. I went on January 9, 2025, and out of 16 washers, 8 were out of service; out of 16 dryers, 4 were out of service, causing long lines that stretch to hours to use them, in addition to the time each cycle takes.
As a suggestion, they should perform ongoing maintenance to speed up service and reduce wait times.

Very good option to wash and dry clothes yourself, open 24 hours, generally the equipment is clean and working, sometimes there is some under maintenance, you can use two pieces of equipment per person and it is practical to do it yourself, there is detergent and fabric softener for sale if you do not have one, they handle cards that you pre-load yourself and they are functional

I think the prices for a single-load washer are a bit expensive, but I'll still go back.
And the service and attention of the staff are superb. They answered my questions and were very attentive.

I changed my mind after my clothes were stolen and no one knew how to help me even though I spoke to them to see if they would support me with the cameras and the manager, and I will not return to those ugly places.
