Terrible service, the employees who serve in the afternoon always have a bad face and attitude. They do not receive clothes "due to lack of space", if you arrive half an hour before closing to pick up clothes they tell you that this is in the morning because you take away their time before closing. (?) One is usually tight on schedules for them to give you such treatment for a service that you PAY for.

I also brought a gray coat, but they don't provide dry cleaning services; it's just a regular laundry. I asked for the minimum refund for the comforter, and the employees flatly refused. I mean, I went to pay because they would return something worse than what I brought.

Terrible service. The price seemed quite high compared to other dry cleaners. Plus, I paid for a service that didn't work. The point was to get the smell out of the clothes, but it didn't. They returned the clothes anyway. Terrible customer service and attitude. I won't be back.
