I'm really sad to write this review because I wanted to give five stars originally and I hate leaving negative reviews for local businesses but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I brought my wedding dress for last minute dry cleaning as my alterations were delayed so I was really happy when they agreed to turn it around in time for me.  However when I picked up my dress the cleaning process had destroyed the cups in my dress and I've spent the day before my wedding glueing them back together - not the stress I needed! The guy who does the dry cleaning is nice and seemed so helpful but completely denied this damage was anything to do with them and insisted that it must have been my seamstress, even though I know the dress was fine before the cleaning. Really disappointing. In the end I just took my dress and left because there wasn't anything else I could do. I paid £140 for the cleaning, no idea if this is the going rate as prices aren't transparent.
I'd suggest if you are going to have your wedding dress cleaned here, get it done before your alterations so any damage can be fixed.

Delighted with alterations to my curtains. Nina added extra fabric to lengthen existing curtains, and then made 2 lovely cushions with left over fabric. Top quality alteration, looks so smart. And all in good time.

I decided to go here, due to it being one of the local dry cleaners to me that actually do everything in house, unfortunately there isn’t many about now.

Everything that we gave came back good, in dry clean bags & metal coat hangers.

The only comment I would say, prices are really high, which has slightly put me off coming back.

from replacing zips in expensive clothing items to shortening trousers. Outstanding value for money with the time it takes.

Did a fantastic repair on some suit trousers that I thought I would have to throw out because of how many rips and tears there were. Very friendly customer service and excellent tailoring and dry cleaning at a very good Value price. Cannot fault.

Just took my leather jacket in with a broken zip. Thought I'd need it replaced but he managed to fix it for me. Great service.

So amazing! I just went in today with a satin dress I have for a ball on Thursday that needed steaming - they were so helpful! Even though they were very busy and booked they very kindly steamed it then and there for me. Absolute life savers! Friendly, welcoming faces who offer a brilliant service! Would 10/10 recommend :)

Customer service, easy of use and timing are great. Unfortunately, the dry cleaning of my jacket (£8) left more creases in it. However, it was well cleaned.

Took my sons coat in today , as I thought it needed a new zip, however the chap new exactly what was wrong got out some plies and fixed it in less than 1 min.... even better he did this for free 👏 absolutely will be coming back , thank you 😊
