Horrible experience! I took in a quilt and comforter that are irreplaceable! I paid $100 for the quilt at a major craft a store, over fifteen years ago and it’s very special to me. I had already washed it and put fabric softener in it, so it smelled fresh and clean. I repeatedly told her NOT to wash it!  All I wanted were a few holes mended and where some of the patchwork seams were coming apart, to be sewn back together. Everything was noted on the ticket. (‘No dry clean. Mend holes only. Paid.) When I arrived to pick it up, it was in a plastic bag, so I could tell that it had been dry cleaned. When I pulled the plastic off, it no longer smelled of Downy but smelled like chemicals. I was furious! I tried to discuss it with her and all of a sudden she acted like she no longer spoke English. Which is funny, because my husband had been using her for over ten years and there was never any language barrier with him. Secondary to that, the chemicals bleached the color out of the back of the blanket and NONE of the repair work had been done. Holes were still there. She refused to fix them unless I paid her again! (I had pre paid my ticket and had it in hand.) I’ll be honest….it ended in a screaming match and a tug of war back and forth, across the counter like two kindergartners! Next is my beautiful ($350) and also irreplaceable comforter that was literally ‘melted’ within some of the seams. And still has stains on it!!
I told her I was not paying for it again either. The ticket clearly showed it was paid and she tried to say that wasn’t her handwriting. My son is up there right now, trying to pick up a suit he needs for court tomorrow and she can’t seem to locate it. Unfortunately, he had taken it in, before knowing what happened to me. It’s a custom suit that we paid $250 for. She never offered a resolution, she never offered my money back….nothing. At this point, I am having to dispute everything with my credit card company. I will NEVER step foot back in this place again.

Second time I’ve paid to have pants altered and they can’t seem to do it.
Brought in three pair to be altered from 33 1/2” length to 31” length only one pair got altered but charged for all three.
I will go across town to find a reputable cleaner.

I was pleased with my clothes cleaning. I was not told before hand that it would be $20+ more than the time before with the same exact items 4 pants and 7 shirts. She said it was because of the size she charges $3 more per shirt.

Terrible experience here brought 4 shirts and a pants here. Picked up the clothes and all the shirts shrinked. Haven’t tried the pants on yet. I came in with one of the shirts on so she can see and all she could say is they never shrink, she asked me to bring in the other shirts and I tried on that she picked out so she could she and it was just like the others. Don’t bring your clothes here I came here because of location But the lady didn’t want to take ownership of what happened while they were in here possession. Now I’m out of 4 shirts and maybe a pants.

It gets the job done, but we could definitely use a very nice laundromat in Hiram/Dallas. Bathroom is out of order. Dispensers are out of order. Change machine has always worked. no TV and no sink.

Went to this location to wash an oversize rug and king size bed bedspread. They had one large washer. It was $8.75 to do a-load. I I had difficulty with my coins going in to the slot. I was up to eight dollars when I couldn’t get any more coins to go into the slot, the button to get it to refund my coins would not work. There was no one there to talk to. I called the number that was on a poster on the wall. I even sent a text message. Nobody responded to my message so I am out over eight dollars in quarters. I drove another 3 miles to J&M laundry what a change they had several washers that were oversized and all of them were in working condition and took my coins with no issues. Don’t go here unless you want to lose your money.   Go to J&M coin laundry you will be happy, there the machines are more up-to-date and are in working condition.

Not very clean at all, and we saw a roach. It’s affordable but don’t recommend personally

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here on and off to do our laundry for the last few years. It’s by far not the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to, but it gets the job done. It is rather small and it can get crowded on busy days. The A/C either doesn’t work or can’t keep up with the amount of heat the machines let off, so it not super comfortable to hang out in there especially during the summer. Regulars are pretty messy. Dryer sheets just get left on the floor a lot of times and the place can get kinda trashy, but the washers and dryers work well. I would suggest smelling them before you put your clothes in cause sometimes they do smell, but more often than not they’re fine. Do I wish there was something nicer close by? Yes, but this place works in a pinch and is at least close to home.

I just walked in here to start drying my clothes.  This is the first time I have been inside here to use their facilities.  So far , so good.  Folks commenting about how the place is messy or nasty and that's because the prior customers don't throw their trash 🗑️ in the trash cans.  Folks just drop their stuff on the floor and won't pick them up.  It's a good place and the mess is mainly because of customers.  Nice place to do your clothes.  👍.
