Horrible experience! I took in a quilt and comforter that are irreplaceable! I paid $100 for the quilt at a major craft a store, over fifteen years ago and it’s very special to me. I had already washed it and put fabric softener in it, so it smelled fresh and clean. I repeatedly told her NOT to wash it!  All I wanted were a few holes mended and where some of the patchwork seams were coming apart, to be sewn back together. Everything was noted on the ticket. (‘No dry clean. Mend holes only. Paid.) When I arrived to pick it up, it was in a plastic bag, so I could tell that it had been dry cleaned. When I pulled the plastic off, it no longer smelled of Downy but smelled like chemicals. I was furious! I tried to discuss it with her and all of a sudden she acted like she no longer spoke English. Which is funny, because my husband had been using her for over ten years and there was never any language barrier with him. Secondary to that, the chemicals bleached the color out of the back of the blanket and NONE of the repair work had been done. Holes were still there. She refused to fix them unless I paid her again! (I had pre paid my ticket and had it in hand.) I’ll be honest….it ended in a screaming match and a tug of war back and forth, across the counter like two kindergartners! Next is my beautiful ($350) and also irreplaceable comforter that was literally ‘melted’ within some of the seams. And still has stains on it!!
I told her I was not paying for it again either. The ticket clearly showed it was paid and she tried to say that wasn’t her handwriting. My son is up there right now, trying to pick up a suit he needs for court tomorrow and she can’t seem to locate it. Unfortunately, he had taken it in, before knowing what happened to me. It’s a custom suit that we paid $250 for. She never offered a resolution, she never offered my money back….nothing. At this point, I am having to dispute everything with my credit card company. I will NEVER step foot back in this place again.

Second time I’ve paid to have pants altered and they can’t seem to do it.
Brought in three pair to be altered from 33 1/2” length to 31” length only one pair got altered but charged for all three.
I will go across town to find a reputable cleaner.

I was pleased with my clothes cleaning. I was not told before hand that it would be $20+ more than the time before with the same exact items 4 pants and 7 shirts. She said it was because of the size she charges $3 more per shirt.

Terrible experience here brought 4 shirts and a pants here. Picked up the clothes and all the shirts shrinked. Haven’t tried the pants on yet. I came in with one of the shirts on so she can see and all she could say is they never shrink, she asked me to bring in the other shirts and I tried on that she picked out so she could she and it was just like the others. Don’t bring your clothes here I came here because of location But the lady didn’t want to take ownership of what happened while they were in here possession. Now I’m out of 4 shirts and maybe a pants.

They are very over price I had one suit and a coat it cost me 60.99. To be fair the coat and suit had mold on them but it was not bad but the lady there tried to tell me that you can not get mold out which is a complete lie. Had she told me the cost for the coat which was 40.00 I would not have left my clothing there.

DO NO USE THIS CLEANERS!!! New to the area and needed a dry cleaner. Used them a couple of times for a suit and a few dresses, was a little pricey and turn around time was long.  Took our duvet to be cleaned, which was going to take a while and we were ok with that as we were going to be out of town.  I picked it up with our shams and they were on a hanger with plastic.  We did wait a week to put it on our bed as I needed help as it is a king size and tying the down comforter etc to the inside.  When we unfolded it and began inserting the comforter, THERE WAS A RIP AND HOLE IN IT RIGHT ON TOP!!!!  We were so upset at it and we refolded it and I hung it back on the hanger, called them and they accused us of doing it. I went up there and took it, she took pictures and she said they always check things before sending off, they do not do any work on the premises. AGAIN she tried to tell me it was not the correct duvet, which was wrong, I told her how much it cost and KNEW someone had done it on the other end.  I AM AN HONEST PERSON AND FOR SOMEONE TO ACCUSE ME AND/OR CALL ME A LIAR IS WRONG! She was supposed to call me after talking to owner and I had to call them back.  Customer service is AWFUL!! Whoever did it on the other end at their Marietta location, knows it! If it had been on the bottom of the duvet, yes I would have them try and patch it, but it is not it is on the top!  NEVER any apology only being accused of it!  THIS IS NOT BEST CLEANERS!!

I go to this Cleaners on a regular basis. They are always so wonderful and sweet to me. I often bring over very challenging items to have altered and they always do such an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great service and reasonably priced. She did a great job with the alterations on my suit coat. I have not yet used their dry cleaning but what I will say, with the way some customers can be (per the unreasonable negative reviews) I understand why people need to pay up front. The work speaks for itself. Its good quality and ive been to quite a few alterations and dry cleaner shops being in the military and having to get uniforms altered and dry cleaned consistently.

Upon moving to Dallas in the spring I found the closest cleaners to my home ,BEST is literally a few blocks from my home.
I took my comforter in to have it cleaned , when the woman told me $50.00 I was shocked , so I told her it was to expensive , not the price I am used to paying .
After a year here I went again this time willing to pay the price as distance was convenient , I this time took in my daughters wool cape in figuring I could get both done again for convenience.
This time the same woman wanted to charge me $35.00 for the cape and $45.00 for the comforter, I was ready to pay the high price again for the convenience , until she told me I had to pay in advance!!!!
“A week before Christmas and you want me to pay in advance , ?” That’s it !!!!! Clearly understanding why they have a 1 rating , taking my business elsewhere.
