I tried this location for the very first time after driving around to multiple locations that did not even look up to par. Elena helped me get started and set up. She made sure that I had the correct machine sizes. While waiting Elena actively cleaned out the dryer vents and ensured all work spaces were neat and clean. They even have a place to charge devices.

The location was clean ALL of the machines worked wonderfully. The areas used to fold your clothes are immaculate. The bins used to carry the clothes were all clean.

There are areas to sit down. Stools to stand on. Parking is easily available. Signage was honest and clear. Most importantly it was quiet and loud music was not blasting through the radio.

I was very impressed and plan on returning.

This used to be my favorite laundromat yet today I had a rather unpleasant experience with one of the employees. I had my comforter in the dryer for an extra 15 mins because it didn’t completely dry. By the time I got back, my comforter was out of the dryer and in one of those communal baskets that everyone puts their dirty laundry baskets in that they’re placing on the floor. When i initially asked who took my stuff out, the employees folding clothes just looked at me. I asked again and one of them finally said it was her. I asked her why she took it out, she said that it was burning, yet there are no burn marks on my comforter and if it were actually burning wouldn’t the dryer be stopped for some time? Mind you, this is a span of just 15 mins. I came back in before my time was up but there was already another load in the dryer I was using. Interesting. I’m PISSED and I never want to deal with this again. I would suggest everyone to just watch your stuff closely and don’t leave the side of your items. Because why would you put my CLEAN items in a dirty basket and then on top of that WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING MY STUFF???????

I been coming here quiet a while, but i love this laundry mat, the workers here are always friendly and welcoming, it has free drying which helps save money, they have a card you have to purchase to use all machine's  its very easy to load, if you have any electronics you are able to charge them and the wifi is great here. They are located  in the plaza on cobb across from campero resturante.

The new WaveMax laundry in Marietta was brand new. Just opened 5 days ago, staff was kind, super helpful and I did 3 loads there within just over an hour. Machines were clean and super efficient. Bonus, they even have free WiFi which was helpful and used during my visit. Would highly recommend and will be back for future laundromat needs.

I used to go to another laundry down street, but all the laundry machines were closed with a tape today, so google took to this amazing laundry. The place is really clean and Martha helped me a lot ( I only brought coins from the other place) so she changed them for me, gave me a card and explained me everything. I didn't even need to ask, she just show that I was a bit confused trying to find out how to pay.

I’ve used this cleaner twice, . The first time, I was told the cost per shirt was $3. When I dropped off 13 shirts the second time, I expected the same price—$3 per shirt, which should have totaled around $39 plus  tax. Instead, I was handed a receipt for $60!

My wife and I love going to Yun’s for our dry cleaning! We’ve  always gotten our clothes back in a reasonable time and a decent price. The customer service makes it feel like a friend is doing it for us because he always remembers who we are!

I have been going to this cleaner for 6+ years and when I returned from an international business trip I dropped off over 8 items. Now, he claims I never dropped them off and refuses to reimburse me for the loss, which was in excess of $300 as the clothes were purchased for my international trip. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER as he does not stand behind his services.

This is such a great cleaners. The owner is kind. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed perfectly.  He probably doesn’t remember giving me a box for my wire hangers that I like to return, to the cleaners, but it has travelled with me to a few states and I still have and use it. I’ve returned after years away and it’s the only cleaner’s that I will use.

I left an expensive Croscill comforter with Ritz Cleaners on Dallas Hwy to be DRY cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, the woman at the desk gave me money for a refund, saying I'd been overcharged. The reason, she said, was that they had laundered my comforter instead of dry cleaning it. I told her I had requested dry cleaning. She said that "they" saw the label, and it said to launder, not dry clean, so they were following label instructions.

EXCEPT, I had removed the labels. There was no label to instruct them. They lied. Had I been feeling better, I'd have made her show me the label, but the truth is, this woman is not the one that made the decision to launder my comforter, so why ruin her day? I'm guessing she has to deal with this a lot.

There is another reviewer stating Ritz Cleaners did the same thing to their comforter (and the reviewer said it was ruined as a result). Luckily, mine was not "ruined," but it doesn't look as nice as it did-- kind of worn and old-looking now with some pilling of the fabric. To be fair, I really don't know if it would have come out looking better with dry cleaning, but when it was cleaned last year, it WAS dry cleaned and looked almost new afterward. As the comforter is only 2 years old and used only half the year, I had reasons to expect a better result.

If you REALLY want your item dry cleaned, I suggest you don't go here. They'll do whatever works best for them, no matter your request or what you pay for.

I’ve been using this dry cleaners for years. I left an order with them and sadly forgot about it. Today I finally remembered to pick it up. It’s February. I dropped it in November. Bless. it.
The super kind man who owns the dry cleaners handed over a $20 bill that was found inside my husband’s pants. I was astonished. I had no idea he left cash in his pants and never would have known had the owner kept it. I will never go anywhere else!

Been twice in the past week, dropped a shirt off late in the afternoon and was told that it would be ready after 3pm the next day. Dropped 7 shirts off on Friday and they had them ready to go by saturday. Great work and pretty remarkable prices on dress shirts. $2 - $3 per shirt, I received a better price when I brought 7 shirts in.

Terrible Customer Service! I have clothes cleaned here fairly often (due to their relatively fast turnaround time).I needed to drop a few pieces off and a staff member (an older woman) that I have never encountered was working. When I pulled up, she didn’t provide a greeting whatsoever. No problem. I gave her my phone number while I reached for my clothes in the front seat. She yelled at me “What’s your name?!!”. I said  “ Excuse me.” She yelled in a very belligerent voice, even louder this time “What’s your name?!!!”. I stated plainly to her “You really shouldn’t speak to customers in that manner”, then proceeded to drive off. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for speaking disrespectfully to customers. There are many dry cleaners in the area and customer service goes a long way.

Signature has been my dry cleaner for many years. That ended today. Ownership has clearly changed and they have an arrogant, smug child working the drive-thru. I came to pick up my dry cleaning at 2:45 pm; it was scheduled to be ready at 4:00 pm. She told me it wasn't ready solely based on the fact that it wasn't 4:00 yet. I asked her to check. She finally did and it WAS ready. When I suggested that the standard should be to at least check so the customer doesn't have to make two trips unnecessarily, the smugness took over. She just smiled and laughed when I talked about maybe finding a new dry cleaner. I work with small business owners everyday. Employees like this cost businesses money. She is going nowhere in life and going nowhere really slowly.
