They took my dress shirts for launder ling and pressing, then without notification they charged me over double for some of them because they “required hand pressing.”  $5.50 a shirt!  They said that because they contain a certain type of material they can’t be used in the standard press. These years are at least 3-5 years old and have been laundered and pressed at several other dry cleaners and I was never told this or charged this ridiculous rate. Sorry, but it sounds like a complete scam. If a service is going to be different and cost double than quoted, you should call the customer for approval.  Imagine if it were a vehicle repair or home repair. They aren’t going to charge double without notifying the customer. Bad business and I won’t be going back!  I recommend you stay away, too.

This is not a recommendation - it is a beware message.  I took a new skirt that I had worn for 3 hours to the cleaners. There was a very small hairspray spot near the hem and because I loved the skirt and it was new I decided to have it cleaned professionally. It came back with a large discolored (almost bleached out) spot about the size of a fist half way up the skirt. They insisted that I had another spot there - probably perfume. I don't wear perfume! In the end, they said there was no way they could have done anything to the skirt - it was me. I left almost in tears. So disappointed - dishonesty and lack of responsibility on their part. Don't take anything you love or treasure to "Best Quality Cleaners". Definitely not the best quality or service.

I had a short fused need to get a suit and sport coat cleaned.  They delivered same day, they look great, and at a great price.  I'll be back.

They appeared have washed my clothes instead of dry cleaning them. Both pair of my pants are completely faded & have shrunken to the point they no longer fit. And they put creases in my pants which causes a fade line the length of my pants. Both pair of jeans cost my over 80$... Now I have to donate them!!!

NO TRUST -- I had my black suit dry cleaned. Next time I went to put it on, the pants were someone else's. When I went back, the man never apologized and tried to say I waited too long to bring the suit back. Is that my fault, or should the business pair up jacket and pants dropped off at the same time? Terrible treatment; I would have acted differently if there was any empathy or regret from this one-man operation.

Came by to pick up my dry cleaning today and I was told rudely that they did not have it. I was also told that their computer never makes mistakes. Owners treated  me like a thief trying to steal size 44 pants. Said it wasn't their problem. I asked to look around for my pants. After a short time I find them.  After driving around for an hour, searching my closet, and genuinely believing I might be wrong. After driving back, still rude, no discount, still insuated I was in the wrong even though they assigned my laundry to a totally different customer. Mistakes happen. Treatment was painful.Never again.

I have been there countless times and yet to say this, they are perfect. I have had no issues with my shirts at all. However, make sure to tell them exactly how much starch you want because they do starch pretty hard.

I sent my sports coat for drying cleaning there. When I tried to wear it after 2-3 weeks, I found several irregular holes and stretch marks on one of the sleeves. I went back to them. They told me the cost was damaged when it was sent to them. They denied any responsibility. They even told me it is moth, which I do not agree.
This coat was custom made. So I sent it to my cloth rep. He told me that it must be the machine in the dry cleaner. He had seen many of this situation. It would not be moth.  Now the coat is with being fixed with the weaver which will cost more than $100.

DO NOT USE this cleaner unless you can check your cloth when you drop off and pick up.

P.S. I would give 0 star if I have a choice.

BTW: The 5 star comment made was the owner herself. LOL.

This place is a joke. I used this"cleaner" twice and the first time I went they broke a button of my import suit, and for some reason I went for the second time for a white shirt. They didn't get a stain out and when I said I need this cleaned they just start saying things like "this is just a laundry service it does not get every stain out." I am pretty sure the owner also cussed me out in Chinese when I asked my money back and was extremely rude. Some of the reviews here are also done by them so this place is not a trustable cleaner.

Signature has been my dry cleaner for many years. That ended today. Ownership has clearly changed and they have an arrogant, smug child working the drive-thru. I came to pick up my dry cleaning at 2:45 pm; it was scheduled to be ready at 4:00 pm. She told me it wasn't ready solely based on the fact that it wasn't 4:00 yet. I asked her to check. She finally did and it WAS ready. When I suggested that the standard should be to at least check so the customer doesn't have to make two trips unnecessarily, the smugness took over. She just smiled and laughed when I talked about maybe finding a new dry cleaner. I work with small business owners everyday. Employees like this cost businesses money. She is going nowhere in life and going nowhere really slowly.
