Awesome customer service! Turnaround times has always been next-day and they do a perfect job on my clothes. I entrusted them with my new kilt, which I dearly love, and it came back perfect!

Although there's no face to face interaction, they are easy and personable to communicate with. I negotiated kilt pricing with them as they were not going to be charging enough for the level of service it requires and that I would be expecting. They even caught an instance where I forgot to remove the kilt pin before sending it in.

I don't see how I could be happier with their service!

I received a text at every stage of the transaction and an additional text that asked me if I would like the hem on my pants repaired for an extra $6.00. Absolutely! The overall price is likely slightly higher than competitors but in a world where you often don't get what you paid for, Mint Locker delivers excellence. I'm a forever fan.

I used this service in September for a king size comforter and was hoping for the best. Instead I received my comforter smelling worse than when I put it in the locker...it was damp and smelled like a wet dog. I called and sometime promptly called me back and arranged another pick up to re-clean at no charge. I waited another 2 weeks and it finally came back, smelling neutral and significantly softer than before. I appreciated their prompt efforts to make things right; however, for nearly $40 it should've been done right the first time.

I work an office job, and have always struggled to get to the dry cleaners before they close. I love the Mint Locker. I can now drop off, and pick up my dry cleaning at my convenience. Prices are comparable to traditional dry cleaners, if not better. I would give five stars, but using my credit card to get into the Green Valley location is not as easy as just walking in. All payment is done though the app, so to pull out my credit card to open the door seem archaic. Other than that, a great experience!

Absolutely love this service - they have boxes at my apartment.. I leave my clothes, a day later I come back and my clothes are incredibly pressed and ready to go! Wish I could do ZERO stars. Brought in a $150 suede leather jacket, paid $65 just for it to smell better. Came back and IT WAS RUINED!!! Owners wife kept blaming it on me? Saying i didnt know what i was talking about and that the jacket looks "better" denied me a refund and wouldnt tell me what chemicals they used so I could get it fixed somewhere else. Two pictures showing the beautiful orange brown before, then splotchy white brown after. RIDICULOUS !!! Lady kept blaming me and saying her husband knows what hes doing but could not tell me what the hell they did to my jacket.

Thes are the nicest people, family owned cleaners and very focused on serving you. Great alteration service. They can also to quick turnarounds so drop by and give them a shot at your business. I've used them for 3+ years and they're A-OK in my book..

Cleaning & Alterations:  I've brought in some pants to be shortened and Sunflower has done a good job of giving me exactly what I requested.  Cleaning and pressing of shirts is $3.99 a shirt which is pricey for me.  However, I've never had an issue and everything has been returned to me damage free, cleaned and pressed well.

Service: The staff has been very friendly and pleasant on every visit.  The turnaround times for cleaning and pressing of shirts is about 2-3 business days depending on their volume.   Alterations has been 3-5 business days.  They offer expedited services but I've never had a need to use them.

If I was wearing suits to work daily like I did back in the day, I might consider looking elsewhere because of the price but fortunately that's not the case.  They're pricey for me but consistent with their high quality cleaning and the convenient location is a major factor to why I come back here when necessary.  You can bring your clothes here knowing that it will be taken care of.  Enjoy!

Family owned business who cares about their customers.  Dropped off four suits for a upcoming business trip on a Monday, had to pick up before they closed on Saturday, 5:30pm.  At 6pm Saturday I realized I forgot to pick up my suits.  Called them in a panic and explained the situation. The owner told me to come by and he will open back up to give me my suits. 😳 🙏🏾🙏🏾 Wow!! That’s taking care of your customers!!! They will have my business always! And their quality of service and dry cleaning is outstanding as well!!

Nice & accomodating! & was very pleased with the alterations done on 2 pair of pants. One pair had a braided string on the side and there were no signs of any alterations. The pricing for both was very comfortable  .

A family Easter photo came up on my feed this eve of a dress I never received back from this cleaners. It has been over a year or maybe more and I still get upset thinking about it. I had used them sporadically when needed but heard they did well with $$$ clothing.  I had taken a long pleated silk dress, a black satin/poly dress coat, an imported linen with hand embroidered dress and a few items in to be dry cleaned. I’m pretty sure there was an issue with their machinery as the inside around the neck of the coat was ironed too hot and the design in the fabric was pressed flat. Thank god it was not visable. The $$$ pleated dress was ironed completely flat all the way around. The manager did her best to redo it - although it is no where near the same elegant pleats as it was before. I was pretty flustered dealing with trying to replace the pleated dress (which i was unable) It wasn’t until a while later that I realized I never received the embroidered linen dress. I called numerous times, I went in personally and just as others have stated - I was never given a truthful answer other then they returned it or I never brought it in. I had cut one of the ties a bit shorter and even sent them a photo of the dress for them to keep an eye out for it. I looked up the reviews for the cleaners to see if they were even still in business  this evening and was saddened to hear others have had clothes not returned. I remember when I brought the dress in,  gal commented on how beautiful it was. I would be shocked if she or another employee stole it - and would be saddened to know it was ruined while cleaning it -but gosh I’m just not sure how a business doesn’t care about not returning someone else’s property or being truthful. Especially when the item was $$$ and could not be replaced  . Guess I learned a lesson as I always take a photo of all items being cleaned and returned even tho thankfully I have not had this problem again

I had suits and pants tailored.  Pants were way too big and jacket was too tight.  Went back again to get items fixed and when I picked up items a second time, pants were still way too big again and didn’t fit at all.  Wasn’t going to go back and a third time.  Had to pay another tailor $160 to fix after I shelled out $270 with Village East Cleaners.  Very frustrated and will never Village East cleaners again.
