After years of neglecting my mattress protector, I thought it was as good as dead. Took it to Halfmoon Cleaners with the expectation that it would come out in about the same condition, but I got it back looking probably better than when I got it originally. Great work, great service, thank you Joon.

These people are horrible. They ruined a silk blouse, it came back with white spots all over the one side of it and the person who owns the business blamed ME for it!!! They suggested to me that I could have taken the tags from an expensive shirt and put them on a Walmart blouse and therefore it's not their fault. They went so far as to tell me that my designer top was cheap and that's why it was ruined. Mind you I've had it cleaned several times before without issue at other cleaners. Incredibly rude and disrespectful way to deal with customers. They wouldn't reimburse me the $200 that this top cost me, instead they gave me a $100 gift certificate to their business, which I have zero interest in patronizing again.
I went here specifically because of the positive Google reviews, which really confuses me as the staff was condescending and rude and took no responsibility for their mistake. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

I can testify this is the best dry cleaner I know of in the capital region and the reasons are just simple:
1 They treat customers with respect and dignity.
2 The owner each and every time I’ve been there seem to remember everybody by their name Or phone number.
3 They do support their community and those far away that are in need.

Highly recommend this place to anybody looking for dry cleaning. They do an unreal job and their owner is first class. He remembered my name after I had not been there in a year or two while I was traveling. Prices are good and again quality is high. Love it there!

I brought my shirt to this place to be washed. As soon as I got back, there was a problem with it. They couldn't find it. The person told me to wait a few days. I went back, they couldn't find it. They told me to come back in 2 weeks. I gave them a month and at first they offered to give me half the value of the shirt. Which obviously made me quite angry because it was a very good quality shirt. As soon as I got back, a month later, the person responded to me for the full value of the shirt. He is a very responsible person and I appreciate that he responded for the full value of the shirt. I understand that accidents happen. And the truth is, I recommend this place so that you can take your shirts to be washed.

They dry clean, do tailoring, they even rebuilt a very valuable and rare tie that I have had for over 20 years waited 3 months but they wanted to make sure they could get the right material to get it done right. Also if I have an emergency and need it faster they accommodate tailoring alterations, and weekly maintenance on my wardrobe.  Top Notch!!!

I’ve been to this store several times and learned of it through a family member to get white comforters cleaned, jackets, dresses, you named it! I have never had a bad experience. They are quick, professional and offer fair pricing on their services. The owner is very kind and has a light energy. I’ve never written reviews before but figured I needed to because their lower rating certainly does not reflect their superb service. While it’s not fancy schmancy, it certainly leaves me happy every time.

This is a horrible place with the worse customer service ever. I Tried to drop off my dress and the owner proceeded to call my dress garbage. These people are from India and do not know about proper customer service or how to talk to American customers. After I told him his comment was not nice and that I did not appreciate him calling my garment garbage he defended his comment instead of appogizing. Worst thing is even the son defended his fathers use of word garbage. All he had to say is that he could not dry clean the dress. I told them here in america you can not yell at people and use language like that toward a customer. The son took it a step further and told me to get the hell out of there store. These people need to go back to the country they came from if they are going to treat good Americans this way. If you go to this place be prepared to be verbally abused .

Called on Saturday and asked if they could clean my husbands suit coat that day, as my father has passed away.  The answer was yes, dropped off the coat @ 11 was ready for pick up @ 12:30.
