The task I presented was not easy, pressing  drapes for my 90 year old mother.   I contacted multiple cleaners, Mike was the only one to say yes.   The drapers were perfect, even met my mother’s standards.  My experience was positive, great communication, fair price and exceptional turn around time   We will be back!!

Wonderful experience at Sun Cleaners! I brought in several suits, dresses, and other business attire pieces to be dry cleaned. The owner, Mike, greeted me each time I walked in to the shop. It was great to see that Sun Cleaners is open as an essential service during this tough time. We have taken the opportunity while home to do some spring cleaning so we had our winter coats, suits, sweaters and even a few stained ties cleaned. Halfmoon Cleaners

After years of neglecting my mattress protector, I thought it was as good as dead. Took it to Halfmoon Cleaners with the expectation that it would come out in about the same condition, but I got it back looking probably better than when I got it originally. Great work, great service, thank you Joon.

These people are horrible. They ruined a silk blouse, it came back with white spots all over the one side of it and the person who owns the business blamed ME for it!!! They suggested to me that I could have taken the tags from an expensive shirt and put them on a Walmart blouse and therefore it's not their fault. They went so far as to tell me that my designer top was cheap and that's why it was ruined. Mind you I've had it cleaned several times before without issue at other cleaners. Incredibly rude and disrespectful way to deal with customers. They wouldn't reimburse me the $200 that this top cost me, instead they gave me a $100 gift certificate to their business, which I have zero interest in patronizing again.
I went here specifically because of the positive Google reviews, which really confuses me as the staff was condescending and rude and took no responsibility for their mistake. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

I can testify this is the best dry cleaner I know of in the capital region and the reasons are just simple:
1 They treat customers with respect and dignity.
2 The owner each and every time I’ve been there seem to remember everybody by their name Or phone number.
3 They do support their community and those far away that are in need.

Highly recommend this place to anybody looking for dry cleaning. They do an unreal job and their owner is first class. He remembered my name after I had not been there in a year or two while I was traveling. Prices are good and again quality is high. Love it there!

This place does an amazing job tailoring my pants - every pair comes out perfectly and they are very reasonable with prices and turn around times.  Highly, highly recommend them!

If I could give no stars, it would be to this place. I brought two shorts with stains to be removed and a tshirt with a small hole to be sewn back up. The lady was super shady giving me the items back without even bothering to mention they failed to remove the stains. The shorts were returned the same way as I had dropped them off. It is as if no attempt was made to remove the stains and the t-shirt was sewn together but with a huge knot that was noticeable. I had a similar issue with another tshirt and had another dry cleaner closer to home fix it up perfectly and thought the same could be done here. It was a total crappy job and clearly will not be using them again.

I had a formal dress dry cleaned. It had a pin sewn onto it. Instructions said to cover the pin for dry cleaning. I pointed this out when I brought the dress in. The clerk acknowledged and said she would. I also mentioned a spot. When I picked it up, I paid for the dry cleaning. I asked about the spot and was told it came out. I went out to the car and looked at the dress and realize the pin was a completely different pin than I came in with. I went back in and asked. I was then told that the stones came out of the pin and so she replaced it. Although I'm not thrilled that the pin fell apart, I realize that may not be the fault of the business. What upset me was not being told up front about what happened. Even better would have been to notify me via my phone number which they had.

I have been a customer of Superior Cleaner for more than 20 years. I have always found them to be very friendly, thorough and professional in their work.  In a couple of instances, they found a problem with some piece of clothing that I dropped off and were very quick to phone me.  They have also done some difficult alterations for me that turned out great and were reasonably priced.

Clifton Cleaners took care of my wedding dress. It was raw silk material with lots of intricate hand sewn work and they handled it with a lot of care. It turned out beautifully and I looked great on the wedding day. I was very happy I went to them! Will def be using them again!

The quality of the work is satisfactory. The owners are less that helpful and what I would rate as borderline arrogant . Been there twice and so I have them a second chance and found the same thing. I am not an expert as dry cleaning so when asking a question I don't need to be spoken down to. I would not go back , although the dry cleaning came out okay both times. Used a coupon one time and it appeared they were not too happy with the reduction that they had to take.  They might be better off in a field in which they don't need to deal with the public. The customer in front of me was getting hassled too for what appeared to be no good reason.

Great place, location, and fair price, the man behind the counter was very helpful. I had pointed out a stubborn stain on a suit prior to giving it, and they eventually (took 2 rounds) got it out.
