I was contemplating on leaving a review but I think I should...... About a month or two back, I brought over a black and blue knick's leather jacket to be cleaned.I purchased it from someone who has not worn in years. So the jacket was stiff and it needed be clean and had a little bit of what they called "mold" on it. I was charged a little over $100 dollars. And when I received the jacket there was little to no difference in the appearance. The jacket was still stiff and the inside had what looked to be residue, from there attempt to clean the inside. Also they had it hanging on a wire hanger which I feel they should have not done because it left stretch marks on shoulders Ive chosen to leave a review because I was contacted via text message asking how the service was. I replied with with a similar response and got no reply. Soo here we are.

I recently brought a pair of dress pants and shirt to best cleaners in Schenectady, New York. They seemed very friendly and when I asked if they would be able to do same day cleaning they informed me that they would be able to have my clothes on the same day by 2 o’clock. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my clothes and once they did, they said that they were presently being cleaned. I waited in the car for 10 minutes and they informed me that they were finished. I went inside to look at the clothes and they were still dirty and the stains that I had pointed out to them, still in the pants and dress shirt. I said the stains are still in the clothes and the person at the register said we don’t guarantee anything and if you want we can “try” to  clean them again. I told her that I needed these for something this afternoon, and I was unable to leave them. I brought the clothes home and I found them to be more soiled after I picked them up before I dropped them off. I will share pictures of the pants and shirt.

Only dry cleaner I could find in my area that didn't send things out to get cleaned.  First time using them and would recommend.  They got it done quick and at a reasonable price.
