As a bridesmaid there was a mishap with my dress, water seeped from the bottom of my dress cover bag. The moisture absorbed it and created a stain. The wedding was the next day and other cleaners were either not available or they did not get back to me. The 5 star cleaners were quick, hospitable, kind, and giving. I was able to pick up my dress which was 5 mins from the hotel I was staying at. It was ready the very next day and early too! BEST cleaners I’ve ever used. Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you need a do over, they are the people to use.

I cannot say enough about Five Star Cleaners. Not only are they excellent at their craft, they are personable, courteous and really nice folk. Prices are good. AND bonus, the pizza next door is great too :)

A hidden gem in downtown Schenectady. I have used five star cleaners on various occasions. They have assisted me with everything from dry cleaning suits to getting mud stains out of comforters from my dogs. They have quick turn around times and are very affordable. I highly recommend checking them out if you ever need anything dry cleaned. They also do a great job with wedding dresses and preservation.

Super fast and friendly! I recently had a dress altered for a wedding, but when I got it back from the tailor 2 days before the event, it had a stain on it. I brought it to Five Star Cleaners at 4:45 pm, and they were able to spot clean it for me by 12 pm the next day! I’ll def be coming back to this nice local business.

Wow Very good work they did with my suits.  My first suit they did was very stinky.  Because I danced all night at a wedding with the suit. And I was hoping to get the stink out by taking it to this place. They did a Great job.  The 2nd one I bought at Salvation Army and it was smelling like the place where I got it from. But when I gave it to them to clean it the stink went away And they made it look like brand new.  All I can say about this place is "thank you."

Was a very pleasant experience at this laundry mat. 💯% I will come back again. I do recommend this place. I had one problem with a dryer. The owner next door at the dry cleaners fixed that for me. I just had to move my clothes to a different dryer BUT I was given a quarterback since that was down to the last 3 or 4 minutes.

i like coming to this laundromat because the TVs are usually off or muted. today they were on at full volume and were playing the most awful sound on a loop and there was no one there to turn it off. no one answered their phone either.

Came in a few days ago to do my laundry and wash my sheets and comforter. Used one of the large washers for my comforter and sheets. After drying my comforter and sheets on low heat for less than 30 minutes, I pulled them out to flip them to find that the dryer literally burned my comforter and pillowcases. On top of that, I discovered the big washer also bleached everything. I went into the area where the woman was working and asked her if I could speak to the owner or the manager. She had me write down my name and phone number so she could have her call me back because she “wouldn’t be in until the next day.” Not to my surprise, I never received a call 3 days later. So, I basically spend $50 on my laundry just to have my less than 3 month-old, $100 comforter set ruined by the janky washer and dryers. I took pictures of the burns and bleach stains on the comforter set and I’m really considering going to small claims court over it because of how upset I am I spent my money in this establishment and never got even got a call. I’ve washed them at other laundry mats and never had an issue. Horrible business and even worse customer service. Take your money somewhere else unless you want your things ruined.

Terrible laundromat,  out of service coin machine,  no service,  dirty place, I don't recommend it
