Their hours make it virtually impossible to pick up after work, and should really be adjusted.  The quality is top notch (I commute back and forth from Dallas and cleaners of this quality in the metropolitan areas are pricier).  They pay careful attention to collars and cuffs - for men’s dress shirts that IS the priority.   Laundered clothing timeliness is OK, dry cleaning - not so much.

I could not praise this place high enough. I've given parkview my business before with no complaints, but this was an exceptional visit. The blanket in the picture is what I asked them to fix for me. The reason it's so small is because I cut a corner off of my own 30+ year old baby blanket.  I lost my son and he didn't have his own blanket so I gave him mine for his memorial box.

I asked parkview to fix my crude sewing and I thought they would just re-stitch the sides I tried to put together, but they did something better. They found some material that matched and sewed on a complete new border. It looks like a complete blanket and it repaired the tattered sides that were "intact" (remember, it's over 30 years old).

If I could make a higher than 5 stars or somehow give gold stars, I would. They made me so happy that I almost cried right there in the store. These people care about their jobs and your business. 10/10, would visit again.

I had nearly 20 garments needing alterations and was desperate for help. Amid ball, prom, and wedding season, Parkview Cleaners was as transparent about their workload and the expected timeline for their services as possible. I felt respected and had a strong sense of expectations management for what they could do for me. I was treated with dignity and shown genuine concern and attentiveness. I will definitely be returning.

Honestly kind of shocked at the tone I received from the seamstress, I requested that she hem a dress with staining at the bottom (understanding that it would still have visible staining) and she basically wouldn’t do it (fine) but called me and without asking any questions or for clarification started scolding me? Because I made this request. The cleaning side of the house is fine but I won’t be returning because of her.

This laundromat has become a serious health and safety risk. I have found used needles inside washers and dryers multiple times, and I have seen people using drugs inside the restroom. Even worse, the toilet paper and sink area are often stained because people appear to be cleaning syringes and blood in there.

This is completely unacceptable and extremely dangerous for paying customers—especially families with children. There is no staff supervision, no visible cleaning routine, and no concern for customer safety.

Management needs to step up immediately: install cameras, have staff on-site, clean and sanitize regularly, and prevent drug activity on the property. Until then, I do NOT recommend anyone use this place.

Clean, reasonable price, and most importantly really good service. I had a prior knee injury and was struggling to carry my laundry bags. The man working there (possible owner) offered to help me, and carried my bags to my car. Incredibly kind and something I won’t forget. Thank you!

One of the challenges of #vanlife is that I don't have a laundry so I find them as I go. This week's stop was here and it was very good. Well lit, clean and plenty of easy parking.

Clean and efficient, they have some very large washers and I was able to put all my stuff in just one. Not much to do while waiting but they do have a table to sit at and some benches. A half hour, then it was time for dryers. I split into three which makes it all go a lot faster. As things dried, folding and stacking before taking it all back out to the van to put it away.

It's not cheap but I thought the prices were decent. Everything worked and there was enough room for folding on a clean table. I'd use this place again.

Nice machines and at least they use cards. Unfortunately the customer base makes me go elsewhere. The parking lot seems to be a hangout and ill pass sitting in my car the entire time.

I would give zero stars for my review but unfortunately I can't. My best man had our wedding suits dry cleaned. Picked them up and didn't think to look to see if everything was there. Well the dress shirts were missing. They never answered the phone, yet they were open. It has been 3 weeks after the wedding and we still haven't been able to get the shirts back after numerous calls. Its unprofessional as a business and after this incident I've heard nothing but poor reviews in all aspects of this business.

It's clear to me that this place wants to fail.  If you would like to be inconvenienced the day before or the day of your special occasion, go here. If you would like to be treated with no respect, go here.  If you would like to be left in the dark as to the status of the grooms rental the day of a wedding, go here.  We were repeatedly lied to about the delivery status of 3 suits that never arrived. Instead of being professional and admitting early on that the groom wouldn't be receiving his suit, this place lead us to believe it would arrive up until about 30 min before they closed and stopped answering the phone.  I strongly suggest going elsewhere for your formal attire.

I had an alteration done on a jacket. Great work, but that came at a price that was three times what was quoted. I get the feeling this was due to the time of year, maybe the brand I had altered. Right after Christmas Nice people.

On Saturday, ,my brother was married. I drove from Des Moines, IA to Watertown, NY in one day for the wedding.
I went into Nelson's after arriving and tried the suit on. It fit alright and I was prepared to pay the $165 when they pressed me to take the shoes too. I had already brought dress shoes and told her (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right, but it was Laticia).  Laticia said that the shoes are come with it and that the rest of the party took them. I said, whatever, tried them on, they fit, and then asked her to put them in the bag. I paid and was on my way.
The next day was the wedding, everything seemed fine. I hopped in the car and drove to the wedding. The drive from my parent’s house to the wedding was 56 minutes. When I parked the car, I saw a friend and he started laughing (a theme for the whole ordeal) and asked me what happened to my shoes. I looked down and the shoes were in pieces, the souls were almost entirely detached on both of them. I was irate and without backups.
I had to leave the next morning to make it back in time for work on Monday in Iowa, so my mother returned the suit for me. When she spoke with the people at Nelson’s, the gentleman she showed the shoes to didn’t even really look at them, and instead dropped them in the garbage. When she asked about my getting a refund, my mother was told that she would have to wait until the owner was around to decide how to reimburse us.
Today, I received a message from the bride stating the following (this is a copy and paste from Facebook Messenger): “So we got $20 back for your shoes and we got a refund for the missing pants (the best man had no pants with his tuxedo) and I’m getting a $200 dress cleaning and boxing for free. The shoes are normally not part of the rental cost but she gave us money back for them.”
There are so many things wrong with that sentence. The first of which is that the bride and groom suffered not at all. They looked great and their wedding was phenomenal. Why would they get a free $200 anything?
Secondly, why would they give my reimbursement (whatever the value) to anyone other than myself, especially when they had informed me (only two days previously) that they would be calling me to get my card information if there was any reimbursement? This statement goes double for the best man who obviously got more back.
I wasn’t happy, and called to tell Laticia or whoever was going to answer the phone. The conversation started simply. I explained my concerns and Laticia said that unfortunately their policy was to keep the bride and groom happy and all reimbursements for any damage to their wedding day would go to them.
I countered with a very simple, “That doesn’t make any sense.” I explained that if I buy a cake for a birthday, and the cake has a mouse in it, and I return the cake, nobody reimburses the birthday boy. The correct answer is to reimburse me. While I live in Iowa, I still have most of my family and friends in NY and with reactions like these why would I recommend anyone to their location.
She countered that the shoes were free anyway and came with the outfit. I countered that they sold them to me in the same bag as the suit, and that she could say that about anything in the suit.
Laticia continued to counter everything I said, this time stating that the shoes fit fine when I was in the establishment, of which I ask, if I drive off a car lot and the car explodes within an hour of the trip, is that my somehow my fault?
“Well, the bride and groom just left here and they were 100% satisfied, so there’s nothing I can do.”
“You took my money. It’s your job to satisfy me.”
“If I had gone to my manager and asked for a refund do you know what you would have gotten? $10.”
This is her admitting she never asked for a refund.
I replied, “At least you would have tried. What I’m seeing right now is that your customer is pissed off and you’re not even trying. That’s business 101.”
The conversation degraded to both of us yelling and then hanging up.

Lady was nice. Takes a few weeks to get items back so I can't really give a rating.  Building sets back from the road
