Since 2022 you have processed 2 orders w/ us - zero issues on either order. Yet no review for doing the best job we can. (You did you’re job- that’s standard, three stars)
Full story on your 3rd order: our wonderful partners at Laundry Spa didn't remind you of our business being close from 7.21 to 7.25 for equipment upgrades. So we picked up on your order, along with many others and they could not be processed until 7.28 at a minimum. Hence why we communicated that to our drop sites 6+ weeks prior to the closure. (Then blame is on your great partners, got it)
We quickly processed your 2 items on 7.28 and had them ready for return delivery.(false, you didn’t know where they were until yesterday afternoon when I called and asked what was happening, only because your great team kept hanging up on their great partners while I waited at their counter so they just gave me your business name and number because they didn’t know what else to do)  You then chose to drive over from W Leb to Rutland to pick them up because of your schedule (which is why I dropped them off two weeks ago - because my wife had a big work trip. I guess I should have planned on three weeks to get basic dry cleaning done) Yes, we charged you our standard price for processing but we did NOT charge you any rush fee (cool thanks?) I apologize that our needed business closure was not communicated to you as it would have been if you were an in-store customer. We didn't make you drive over (okay mom 🙄 but I needed those suit coats and you couldn’t deliver them to your partners so yeah, drive over or what? Buy new suit coats?) We are sorry you chose too and to be upset with us about it (yes, I’m upset, I choose to believe this is being handled terribly by you - the owner) I do feel bad for your child, as I have one too. Long rides can be tough. But a business review isn't where to discuss that (it is when your business was involved in causing the long ride)
I have a wonderful, hard working team at Modern Cleaners and I am proud of the effort and work they do daily, in extreme conditions (I’ll have to look up what is intense in dry cleaning) I apologize that you not being aware of our down time caused you such strain, that you felt the need to give us 1 star. We hope you feel better (condescending much Karen? Why not call me and have a conversation, I would have probably taken down the review but you chose to clap back and be rude in your explanation and now it does make me feel better to give you a one star)

Great service and Rossie is fantastic with all repairs.

They are absolutely wonderful!!I brought down a comforter and two pillow covers on Friday (2/24) and I was quoted it to be done on March 15th but they said it could possibly be done sooner. I was quite surprised to receive a text message stating it was done (2/27) already! They are so kind and were incredibly helpful! Two people offered to bring it out for me and even though I declined, I appreciate it nonetheless! They are extremely professional and do a great job. I genuinely recommend them! They do way more than just dry cleaning! Thank you!

This place is a dump and half the washers and dryer are out of order! The whole "laundry card" thing is stupid, confusing and not necessary! I will never, ever, come back here!!!!! Still sucks!

Very expensive, and detergent dispenser wouldn't accept card. The whole prepaid card thing is really annoying for people traveling, because you end up with extra money on your card that's worthless.

I was really impressed with this laundromat. The 2 women working there went nonstop in cleaning everything; carpets, floor mats, table tops, etc. . .
They were also very helpful and polite when I asked questions about the different machines and how to operate them.  My only complaint would be that one has to use a specific card to pay, rather than just charging my credit card. Great experience for one who normally doesn’t use a laundromat!

Very expensive experience for 3 loads of laundry. Very clean and staff is kind. Laundry cards..? An unnecessary step to this process. However, my clothes came out very clean with no strange smells or clumps of someone else's hair. A very safe and comfortable place to peacefully do your laundry.

I have been doing my laundry here for almost two years. They set you up with your own card, you add money to it. Insert into machines...off you go. Don't understand something...staff is always willing to assist customers. Large loads are no problem. They have a washing machine that will do 75 lbs of laundry! Dryers come in various sizes as well. If you forgot to buy detergent and dryer sheets, they sell them there. They have fold service there as well. I believe they offer delivery as well. Very convenient. You get what you pay for. In my opinion, they are worth the expense. I will continue to patronize their business. If you are looking for local laundromat, I highly recommend the Clothes Basket.
