I had my wedding dress ironed the same day. It was with horror that I noticed the next day in the
photos that my dress was damaged. It had a thread pulled horizontally on the FRONT of the dress. Everyone noticed it, and no one dared to tell me. I do not recommend this place. Asking for an ironing and leaving there with a damaged dress on your wedding day... wow.
What's more, it wasn't even ironed properly; there were still wrinkles.

Extremely friendly and humorous gentleman! Fast service (cleaning a men's suit in less than 24 hours) and professional service (trousers, shirt, and jacket on two racks with protective covers for transport). Excellent value for money!

My partner and I were staying in a hotel close by on our way home from Ontario we needed some laundry cleaned for the next part of our journey so I searched laundry near me on Google. And it brought me to this Laundromat.
Not speaking very good French I was visibly struggling to figure out what the signs were saying, a local regular there was bilingual and assisted me through the entire process. Great experience, next time I need to do laundry in Quebec I know we're to go!!

Quite clean, lots of washers & dryers, found them quite efficient, not too expensive, 100% self serviced, no clerks, change machines for loonie’s & quarters but not for toonies so bring a couple of toonies since you need them to buy soap / fabric softener in the vending machine. Overall satisfactory.

Urgently need to wash a jacket and this place was close by from my hotel so I went the mall showing the map. It is on the side of the building, you need to make right turn(left to exit, right side to down) to slope down to see the shop.

I am learning French but not great yet, so it was hard to find the information how does this place work.

I put 20$ in the exchange machine, then I got all 0.25$change so I recommend to not put 20$ lol
To use the wash machine, you do need 2× looney and 1× 0.25$. I needed to buy wash soap from vending machine. One time washing takes 37mins. To use dryer need 0.25$ bunch of them!

While I was finding the way to figure out, I found instruction paper but of course it is french.

In the end, I got my clothes nicely clean so I was happy.

Tip: don’t covert all your money into quarters straight away as the machines take a mix of dollars (loonies) and quarters. There is a machine to covert bills into “loonies” then you can get your loonies to be quarters in the next machine. You cannot make quarters into loonies, though, my friends. You’re welcome! ;)

She kept my coat for two months. I went there several times to be told it wasn't ready...it was a little dirty around the edges of the pockets, so I sent it to the dry cleaners for that reason. When I went to pick it up after two months, it was still very dirty and stained on the back. She wouldn't listen, and she told me it was paint on the back, even though when I went to take it in, there was none of that.
So good luck for the next ones.

Worst experience ever! My wedding tablecloths were washed 1 1/2 months later. They came out moldy! The very rude and unscrupulous woman even wanted to charge me for the “cleaning”. Avoid!

My experience cleaning my wedding dress was catastrophic!!! The person in charge of cleaning is never there, does not return calls (has the poor, kind seamstress follow up).
I went to wear my dress on August 22, 2023 and I finally got it back today July 11, 2024 😳.
No apology for the completely unreasonable delay, no credit (my dress is still dirty) and above all no professionalism.

I went to wear a tuque on November 16, 2023. To put on a lining. The very kind lady tells me that there is no problem, but there will be about 2 weeks of delay. I go back on November 23 for something else, she tells me that the tuque will be ready by Christmas maximum.

I'm calling today, December 19, to find out if it's ready. Another person answers me, the owner I think. Very stupid, she told me that she does not do this type of repair and that the tuque is not ready. She says I can pick her up not done. I'm really stupid. I left my hat there for over a month and not only was it a long time, but they didn't even do it.
