It may have something to do with being environmentally oriented. If someone knows a dry cleaner that IS NOT, please comment.

I had my wedding dress ironed the same day. It was with horror that I noticed the next day in the
photos that my dress was damaged. It had a thread pulled horizontally on the FRONT of the dress. Everyone noticed it, and no one dared to tell me. I do not recommend this place. Asking for an ironing and leaving there with a damaged dress on your wedding day... wow.
What's more, it wasn't even ironed properly; there were still wrinkles.

Extremely friendly and humorous gentleman! Fast service (cleaning a men's suit in less than 24 hours) and professional service (trousers, shirt, and jacket on two racks with protective covers for transport). Excellent value for money!

What a disappointment... I went there to have a coat cleaned and have the lining sewn. As a result, the coat was returned to me with the two buttons on the front broken and the lining wasn't even sewn properly. It doesn't stay on, I can put my fingers through it. $60 down the drain and now I have extra buttons to repair.

A very disappointing service and more expensive than the competition. I went to wear a suit and told the seller that there was a small stain, a little surprised he didn't notice anything. And when I went back to get my suit obviously the stain was still there. He assured me he had used a stain remover but I doubt it. He just put it in the pile. So thank you for ruining an $800+ suit by not knowing how to do your job. (Yes because a washed stain can no longer be removed)

Of course, just as our common sense tells us, there's no way to deflate a shrunken silk shirt - if there were, someone would make a fortune inventing it. the shirts came in as if they were washed and the shirts dry cleaned afterwards. It took two weeks of trying to resolve this issue with stubborn management and I remain incredibly dissatisfied with their attitude and poor service.

If you have regular cotton detergent, maybe they can do it, but I wouldn't trust them with anything else!
