Took a suit to be dry cleaned here and wasn’t the best experience. Told to come back in a week to collect at 4pm, turned up at the agreed date and time and the suit wasn’t there, they sent it to another shop in Manchester for dry cleaning and he hadn’t done it yet and returned it. I needed the suit for the following day as I was going to London on business. Guy from other shop agreed to deliver the suit so had to wait until 7:30pm to collect, I’m not local so had to sit around. Designer suit then came back on wire hangers and in plastic bags not the original designer hangers or the suit carrier it went in. Was told wouldn’t be able to find the hangers or the suit carrier and they where lost. Was really frustrated with the whole thing and wouldn’t use again.

Will recommend. Service wash, Iron and dry clean. Good prices and service is very personal. I usually drop of my bags and collect later at the mentioned time and always received on time. Washing detergents are good quality and clothes smell very nice and fresh.

Can be clicky my daughter waited 30 minutes for a dryer one came available and then a women walked in and took it my daughter said something about her being next. The person in charge didn't seem bothered and let her get on with it.Again I was in there the other week went in they were busy all dryers were being used the woman working there said one was out of order I waited over 20 minutes they she walked passed me and loaded up the so called faulty dryer. I was furious she knew there wasn't anything wrong with it, all I can think is she likes lying to her customers. I have spent a lot of money with these people over the years..................................

It was extremely disappointing to experience such outdated practices at this establishment. Despite there being no signage indicating that only cash payments were accepted, I was informed by the staff, who seemed unwilling to consider any alternatives. In today’s nearly cashless society, it’s surprising to find businesses that insist solely on cash transactions without providing clear notice to customers.

I had brought my important clothes for laundering, expecting modern payment options. After completing the service, I offered to pay via bank transfer, but my offer was flatly refused. The attendant even withheld my clothes until I could return with cash. Since it was closing time and I live 30 minutes away, I proposed to bring the payment the next morning, which was also rejected.

To add to the disappointment, my clothes were not adequately dried even after two rounds, and the pricing was excessive and unreasonably high for the level of service provided. I won’t be returning, as this experience reflects outdated business practices that do not seem aligned with the standards of customer service or transparency I would expect from a responsible business contributing to the modern economy (Income tax sneaky business)
