I took my daughter's wedding dress to be cleaned recently. I'd investigated other dry cleaners which were a lot more expensive. When I took the dress to show them I was impressed by the service given. They gave me great advice & did a wonderful job as it certainly needed a lot of cleaning! They called me to see it prior to steaming and boxing it in acid free tissue - a service that was extra at lots of places. I was really pleased with their results, customer service and the price & I'd certainly use their services again- Thank you!

I was in a bit of a pickle today and needed my suit for a funeral tomorrow afternoon (29/09/23). Dropped my suit off at 10:00am today and was ready by 2:00pm. Can’t thank or praise the service and help enough.

Took a suit to be dry cleaned here and wasn’t the best experience. Told to come back in a week to collect at 4pm, turned up at the agreed date and time and the suit wasn’t there, they sent it to another shop in Manchester for dry cleaning and he hadn’t done it yet and returned it. I needed the suit for the following day as I was going to London on business. Guy from other shop agreed to deliver the suit so had to wait until 7:30pm to collect, I’m not local so had to sit around. Designer suit then came back on wire hangers and in plastic bags not the original designer hangers or the suit carrier it went in. Was told wouldn’t be able to find the hangers or the suit carrier and they where lost. Was really frustrated with the whole thing and wouldn’t use again.

23/10/2024: Further to the response to my review I can confirm NO discount was given at all! I didn’t even want a discount, I wanted my belongings back and nobody gave a toss!

Will recommend. Service wash, Iron and dry clean. Good prices and service is very personal. I usually drop of my bags and collect later at the mentioned time and always received on time. Washing detergents are good quality and clothes smell very nice and fresh.

Can be clicky my daughter waited 30 minutes for a dryer one came available and then a women walked in and took it my daughter said something about her being next. The person in charge didn't seem bothered and let her get on with it.Again I was in there the other week went in they were busy all dryers were being used the woman working there said one was out of order I waited over 20 minutes they she walked passed me and loaded up the so called faulty dryer. I was furious she knew there wasn't anything wrong with it, all I can think is she likes lying to her customers. I have spent a lot of money with these people over the years..................................

Great service! I made a stupid decision at a wedding to do a ridiculous break dance move in a brand new suit... I thought it was probably ruined, but Flair Cleaners fixed it for me! Looks brand new again! Lovely, small family run business taking real care for people!

My wife had her silk wedding dress dry cleaned here. It was brought in with a muddy hem and returned to us with some kind of chemical staining which had clearly been spilled down the front of the dress while it was hanging in the shop.  Unfortunately the dress is now unwearable.

The staff also tried to return the item without telling us about the new stains, or providing an explanation of what happened.

Wouldnt recommend this place for high value or sentimental items.

Used over a year ago and was disappointed to find an item had to be re-clean because of gum. I never use gum so was strange. Decided to give them another go only to wait in store with no service for a long time. When service finally arrived I was asked to confirm every piece of clothing was dry cleanable via the label, which I did. However 2 male customers arrived (after me) having full conversations and 1 collecting his item and leaving. At this point I was then asked to repeated my order because the employee had forgotten it. As the only female present I can only assume men are preferred here. So taken my dry cleaning elsewhere.

I used these a couple of times and I recently got a few loads of laundry picked up to be washed because my washers broke anyway they come back smelling damp like they dried fusty and I called and told them this and they took no ownership. She’s like oh that’s unusual. Definitely never using these again. I’ve had to get them all re-washed  nearly 40 quid. it’s disappointing that they don’t take any ownership.

We took 10 pillows and 4 duvets too be cleaned here. The staff were extremely helpful in advising and fitting in  with our time scale with  quite a big order. Everything was ready on time and suitably packaged ready for collection. Would recommend and we would use them again even though they are some distance from where we live.

I placed an order which was supposed to collected yesterday between 1 and 6pm but no one turned up or contacted me so I rang and sent a message. It’s now the next morning and still nothing.
