I brought my wedding dress here at the recommendation of a friend and they offered a great price and were very thorough and knowledgeable. My dress was silk and was pretty dirty and when they weren’t able to get the stains out completely they were super transparent and didn’t charge me for the service which I really appreciated. While I was sad they were able to save the dress I really appreciated how hard they tried and the honest and transparent communication. Highly recommend going here for bridal cleaning!

I’m so glad I found this alterations place! Had a dress that was dragging on the ground and they shortened & hemmed it to tea length- $39, also included steam/pressing). Quality of work is excellent, and Marlon is really pleasant & professional to work with! Turnaround during the down season is within several days depending on the complexity, but during the busy season it can be 1-2 months.

Marlon not only has the most reasonable prices, but he does the best work. I also have a small silk bedding business and he helped me write all of the wash instructions for the products, and my clients ship their bedding here from around the country because it’s actually more economical (yes, there’s the shipping footprint but beats driving all around town trying to find someone who knows how to clean silk bedding). This is a family business and everyone works really hard and deserves more clients, so please go!

This place is great. The guy who works here is really friendly and professional. They have gotten out some pretty deep stains for me, helped with buttons and other tailoring, and are very reasonably priced. At other places I have gotten clothes back still smelling bad or without stains removed and felt like I was getting scammed. Sf Green Clean is the best! They do an amazing job and are so responsive, helpful and professional. I have been using them for over 15 years and they always give the most incredible service. A+!

Really inconsistent pricing and inconvenient hours of operation. I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt dropping off my items as they seemed to be doing good work until realizing how much they have been charging me.

They did provide good service and I liked the fact they used good hangers and recycled them. They also have a good online system for tracking of exact items and status which was great ...

BUT for a regular pair of pants they charged $33 for cleaning!!! It seems they've been overpricing me for a while based possibly on the brand of items I dropped off with them. I definitely won't be going back to them anymore.

That's a ridiculous amount to charge for a simple dry cleaning. While don't expect to pay less than $25, I'd rather throw the suit away than spend $60 every time I want a simple dry cleaning. That's just a rip off!

Great team and excellent work -- no matter what I drop off (from dry cleaning to items for hemming, mending or patching, or even pillows), they do a wonderful job with it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES! They cleaned my nice clothes many years ago and I forgot to post a review about my experience. They picked up and dropped off my clothes. Everything was put on a fancy hanger and in a fancy garment bag. NOTHING was cleaned. They were probably spot cleaned at best. My formal dress was still dirty (it was a floor length gown and the entire bottom had all the filth on it still) and the manager offered to "clean it again" after I asked for a refund. I refused and hand washed my formal dress on my own. It was so dirty! Please do not be fooled by a pick up and drop off service, fancy hangers and bags. If you catch these people not cleaning your clothes they offer to "clean it again" to trick you into thinking they have stellar customer service. Please do not be a fool. If you want to test if these people to see if they really clean your clothes mark them with washable markers or put dirt or makeup inside of the clothing down a sleeve or hidden somewhere inside of your sweater or dress or suit. They may wash and iron a dress shirt but if you have dark colored clothing or a material such as a sweater or a nice dress or suit please avoid having this place "clean" your clothing. They are complete crooks and I hope that they get caught. Karma is real people.

The cleaning service of this dry cleaner is really bad. It can be said that they washed the clothes in vain. When I went to the store, I specifically emphasized to remember to clean such a large stain, but when I received it, the stain was still there without any signs of cleaning. The funniest and most important thing to emphasize is that the laundry manager who received me at the time also specially marked the stain and emphasized that it would be washed. This is not the first time. Last time you did not clean my other sweater.

And why are there hairs on clean clothes? There wasn't a single stain on the clothes that shouldn't have been there.

I recently spent two weeks in the SF bay area and most of the time was at a lovely Airbnb apartment near USF. I needed a place nearby to take some laundry to and came across Soap Box cleaners. They did a great job. Everything was very clean and folded nicely and my dress shirts were perfectly pressed and on hangers—as I had requested. It was a very good experience and I look forward to using Soap Box when I stay in SF again.

the worst laundry there is in S.F. wow they are dirty inside they don't do a deep cleaning the dryers some are bad I had to go wash another laundry because even my clothes came out dirty apart from the fact that I spent like $45 more my time honestly it was the first and last time I go to that place no I understand how people don't make a report or the city comes to close that business.

I’ve been doing Laundry here for a couple years now and I have to tell you that I absolutely love it! The amenities are amazing.
I’ve met so many great people here and it’s a good place to meet up with friends. Also there is one of the best Chinese food restaurants in San Francisco right next door if your in the mood for hot pot. Highly recommended! Plus, a small TV plays soccer matches here, also an awesome feature.

This is a small family run no thrills laundromat supporting the local community with pride. The owners are a wonderful couple always smiling and always willing to help.  The customer service is fantastic and the work they do is spot on GREAT all for the best price.  I take my clothes to them for dry cleaning, ironing, wash and fold as well as minor alterations and they do great work!!!  I now live in a new neighborhood but keep going back to them because there isn't anybody better.  Hands down my favorite laundromat in the world!
