This is a fabulous dry cleaner. Our clothing is always perfect. Done on time or early and pricing is fair with lots of specials run frequently.  I’m grateful it is so close to where we live but I would actually travel a distance to have our clothes cleaned here.

My husband and I get or dry cleaning done here, they do a great job. Very convenient, fast, consistent and love how they press collard shirts, I don’t care how good you are at ironing, it doesn’t compare to getting your shirts professionally pressed. We get our alterations done here as well, kind of expensive but done perfectly so can’t complain too much. Would recommend and we’re not going to stop using them anytime soon. 👍🏻😁

Love Eddie’s, they always know what to do to the stains and the type of fabrics I bring in. I love that they recycle their hangers and know our names. They have also fixed my hem perfectly. They will be our local cleaner for as long as we live here. They have been through a lot with the hurricanes but finally got their new awning up! Looking good! 👍

Not only did they do an amazing job with my dry cleaning, but their alterations service was exceptional too. I had a few items that needed some adjustments, and they took care of everything with such attention to detail. I'm short so hemming my pants is a must, they made sure everything fit perfectly.

My puppy chewed my favorite bag strap. I thought the bag was ruined. I brought the bag into Lapels  explained the situation and they delivered!!! The bag is fixed, everything looks amazing & turn around time was amazing. 20/10 would 100% go to Lapels for all my dry cleaning and repair needs.

The experience was horrible, I took several Luis Vuitton ties and they completely damaged them, the most expensive one was returned stained and with a lump all wrinkled, when he took them and claimed to the lady his answer is "nothing can be done" I am not asking for a free service, I am paying for it which is worse! She tells me that they have a way of working for that brand and it's a total lie, my husband's ties were returned to me horrible, the only thing the lady did was attack me instead of giving me a solution, she was so upset because it wasn't that I went to the store to ask for a gift, I paid for a service and the service was horrible, from the attention of that lady who was terrible, how they left my ties, everything!!!! I don't recommend them and even less if they want to take branded things, they will damage it as well as my ties, terrible service and they should look for workers who give solutions, not problems like that lady!! It even has marks of how the irons happened many times, THE TIE WAS NEW, just left the place, they damaged it completely, now who is going to give me back all the money I paid for it? The tie was never worn like this, it was in perfect condition, they ruined it, they are shameless!

Great service, two items I brought were vintage, very old, the oldest one given to me by my recently departed best friend for almost 40 years. Before cleaning they called requiring a signature before cleaning as they were vintage and could possibly get damaged, which I appreciated because it gave me the opportunity to change my mind, which I did, they weren't dirty just had a smokey smell, I would have been devastated if they were damaged. But they did an excellent job on my husband's suit and sweater. The young lady working when I picked up the items I changed my mind on was friendly and helpful. The gentleman working when I picked up what was cleaned was friendly and even carried the clothes out to my car for me. My only complaint was the woman working when I first dropped everything off, she just shoved them into the bag, I explained to her the 2 items were vintage, very old, could she please fold them or let me, she refused, the cape was all wrinkled when I picked them up after changing my mind. Other than her, 5 stars.

I came to this location due to an email promotion from Lapels about having 20% off. When I arrived, they said that they did not take this coupon, despite the address being on it. This felt very wrong to me, I felt tricked into coming. The actual service was good and I’m happy with my clothes, but I’m very frustrated with deceptive marketing.

Last minute found out I would be needing my suit and went to Pioneer. Phyllis was able to help me out greatly by scheduling an appointment at the Macdill store because they weren't able to fulfill what I needed. Customer service was incredible.

The environment at Puoneer cleaners is friendly!  All the personnel,  Phyllis and Alanni know my name, and I feel like family!  And both of them have a treat for my doggie Ruthie!  And, of course, any article of clothing is returned to me I a pristine condition!!

I had such a good experience with this store. The service was spot on and the environment was clean. The employees were super friendly and helpful. They also cleaned and had my outfits ready in a timely fashion and were very thorough. They were even able to take some stains out of a very expensive marino wool sweater I have. I will definitely be doing more business with this establishment in the near future.

The woman who works at this store is very rude. The accidentally sent my clothes here instead of to the store where I dropped them off. I asked if they could simply reroute them to my store and she abruptly said no. I asked if there was anything they could do to get authorization since their mistake was now going to cost me an hour of additional drive time and she hung up on me. Very poor customer service. I’m not sure if these are even my clothes, they might have lost someone else’s. She clearly has no intention of finding out or caring. Crazy that she treats customers like this.

They were absolutely fabulous. Saved our clothing from the storms and stored it for us while we waited to get back in our home. I highly recommend them!

I took my Christian Dior shirt to them and came to pick it up.. same marks on the shirt and didn't even look like the shirt was touched. Then she sent it in for a redo. The second time I came back, the mark was still on the shirt and also new black marks on the back of the shirt. They wouldn't issue a refund she just said she can send it back a 3rd time lol

Everyone was so helpful. I was able to get an item repaired in the same day and the garment looked as good as new. The cleaning service was also excellent.
