The suit as given to me had a black stain the size of a quarter in the back center of the coat, and through both pant legs on either side. Not sure if it was grease, ink or other liquid but they were removed completely with no trace or discolor.i would recommend Eddie's Custom Cleaners as the best local establishment for service, friendliness and professionalism. Took the slip out of a new Veronica beard dress and lost it. This was back in August and I’m still waiting in November for a tailor to make another slip work.  Cleaner  Has not returned calls or done anything to replace the dress. The men’s store that outsourced the dry cleaning bought a new slip that’s cotton cheap to make due and be able to wear the dress but my Veronica beard dress is ruined and this cleaner has taken no responsibility

Great service. I left a red cashmere sweater with a stain. It came back gone. You can’t leave a cashmere product with just any dry cleaners . I’m very happy with the service

This was my first time, dropping off clothes at this facility and unfortunately, I will not return. One positive note is that the lady who assisted me was very friendly. However, my clothes came back with stains still on them and they also had a weird odor. I was also shocked by my final total. I was originally quoted $11 for coats and blazers, but I was charged almost double.

Service is great and the staff is super friendly the prices are high.  1 pair of pants and 2 dress shirts cost $25.

Don't judge the place from the outside because it's better than it looks. I recently got dry cleaning for suits done, and they were able to find my wife's account so I didn't need to open one for myself.  They let me know when I could pick up, provided a ticket, and checked the pockets before I left.

They provided professional service when I picked up without any issues. They are not overly expensive. I am impressed with the clothes being clean and crisp when handed back with hangers and a plastic cover for the journey back home. Easy to recommend

My puppy chewed my favorite bag strap. I thought the bag was ruined. I brought the bag into Lapels  explained the situation and they delivered!!! The bag is fixed, everything looks amazing & turn around time was amazing. 20/10 would 100% go to Lapels for all my dry cleaning and repair needs.

The experience was horrible, I took several Luis Vuitton ties and they completely damaged them, the most expensive one was returned stained and with a lump all wrinkled, when he took them and claimed to the lady his answer is "nothing can be done" I am not asking for a free service, I am paying for it which is worse! She tells me that they have a way of working for that brand and it's a total lie, my husband's ties were returned to me horrible, the only thing the lady did was attack me instead of giving me a solution, she was so upset because it wasn't that I went to the store to ask for a gift, I paid for a service and the service was horrible, from the attention of that lady who was terrible, how they left my ties, everything!!!! I don't recommend them and even less if they want to take branded things, they will damage it as well as my ties, terrible service and they should look for workers who give solutions, not problems like that lady!! It even has marks of how the irons happened many times, THE TIE WAS NEW, just left the place, they damaged it completely, now who is going to give me back all the money I paid for it? The tie was never worn like this, it was in perfect condition, they ruined it, they are shameless!

Great service, two items I brought were vintage, very old, the oldest one given to me by my recently departed best friend for almost 40 years. Before cleaning they called requiring a signature before cleaning as they were vintage and could possibly get damaged, which I appreciated because it gave me the opportunity to change my mind, which I did, they weren't dirty just had a smokey smell, I would have been devastated if they were damaged. But they did an excellent job on my husband's suit and sweater. The young lady working when I picked up the items I changed my mind on was friendly and helpful. The gentleman working when I picked up what was cleaned was friendly and even carried the clothes out to my car for me. My only complaint was the woman working when I first dropped everything off, she just shoved them into the bag, I explained to her the 2 items were vintage, very old, could she please fold them or let me, she refused, the cape was all wrinkled when I picked them up after changing my mind. Other than her, 5 stars.

This felt very wrong to me, I felt tricked into coming. The actual service was good and I’m happy with my clothes, but I’m very frustrated with deceptive marketing.

I recently switched to Majik Touch after quality went down at my prior cleaners of over 20 years. This place is amazing! They got stains out that the other cleaners said could not be removed. My suits and shirts are always perfectly pressed. The owner cares about quality and is personally involved in oversight of the process. The staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable. I have to drive a bit oit of my way to get here but it is absolutely worth it!!  My only regret is not coming here earlier.
