I took 2 severely ripped jeans to them.  New these jeans are about 250 a piece so I wanted to see if I could patch them to get perhaps another year out of them.  They did a PHENOMENAL job on the repairs. So much better than expected.  Definitely have a new customer.

I have used this cleanser twice. Both times I ask for starched pressing. Even before second time called store and ask do they do service and was told obcourse we do. But my clothes look like I washed them meaning slightly wrinkled. First cleaners I went to that fold my shirts across the hanger and not hang on hanger totally not happy

Completely ruined my dress. Gave them a brand new dress that had never been cleaned; they returned it with pilling all over the front. Pilling covering the stomach and chest area.

My brand new dress is ruined. Worst part - they refuse to accept responsibility. When we showed them the dress, the owner insisted the dress is faulty and it’s not due to the cleaning. He refunded us $20 on a ruined, expensive dress and blamed the dress material. Again - this was a brand new dress and the material isn’t faulty.

Terrible cleaners who will destroy your items and blame others. Will never return.

I've been a loyal customer of Pro Cleaners for several years, initially drawn in by a friend's recommendation. For a while, I happily referred others based on the quality of service I received. However, my recent experiences have left me disappointed.

There appears to have been a significant turnover in staff, and unfortunately, it's reflected in the quality of service. What was once a reliable and attentive team doesn’t seem very well trained.

Three weeks ago, I entrusted my prized Pringle cashmere shirt to Pro Cleaners for dry cleaning and to address two snags. Despite assurances, upon picking up my shirt a week later, I was disappointed to find that one snag had been ignored entirely, and the other had been haphazardly patched, resulting in a noticeable pinch in the fabric.

It’s unwearable.

When expressing my concerns to the clerk, I was met with a dismissive response, ‘owner is unavailable’. I was offered little recourse beyond leaving the shirt for the owner's assessment the following day, with a note that ‘customer is not satisfied’.

A week later, when I returned for my dry cleaning and an update on the shirt, I was informed that they would not rectify the damage, citing the professional limitations of their ‘repair woman’.

I brought my sweater home, unwearable and as a result of this experience, I cannot recommend Pro Cleaners for alterations or repairs if you value your clothes.

Today is my last day as a Pro Cleaners customer.

Went here for the first time a couple days ago. Turnaround was quick, cost was reasonable, and they did a great job cleaning my suit. Can’t ask for much more honestly.
