Happy to be the first to review this place. This shop did an amazing job dry cleaning my pants and shirts, and the prices were cheap - actually cheaper than other cleaners nearby. I had strong doubts at first they could remove the white paint, grease and smudge from my dress pants used for construction, but they totally brought my pants back to pristine condition. Incredible!

I picked up my clothing with stains that were not there when I dropped them off. There were pen-point type black stains on the same spot on about 6/10 of the shirts I dropped off. I only noticed this when I went to put on the clothing the next day. I went back after work, and showed them, and they told me that I stained the shirts. The stains look to be on the same part of the right collar, as if there was something n the ironing board when the shirts were ironed.
I was old that they'd look into it and call me tomorrow, so I left my clothes there. After a week, I had still not heard back from them so I stopped in. I was told that the stains were blood. (there is no way it's blood, as the stains are black, and the size of a pen tip.)
I was told I would need to pay for dry cleaning to maybe have a chance of removing the stains.
I calmly asked the man working at the time to reconsider, and he declined.
I advised that I'd be taking my business elsewhere and he seemed not to really care.
Dry cleaners are a dime a dozen these days, I strongly advise not to choose this one.

Used them 2 or 3 times previously and they were fine especially for  the special price of $1.39 a shirt, prepaid.  Last week picked-up 13 shirts that were prepaid all came back dirty and wrinkled. When I spoke to the man who obviously owns this place... his response was "WHAT DO YOU WANT FOR A $1.50.

I highly recommend you reconsider using them!

Bring my shirts here every week. They do a great job and discount if you pre-pay. There's an on-site seamstress who's really good for altrations and repairs. And they're very friendly too..

Good prices, get the job done, convenient location, yes, but what makes the difference is the really personal touch.

I came to wash my blanket today and did not notice the machine was disgusting until the cycle started.  The water washing was recycling so I did not want to leave my blanket in there.  There was no way to stop it so I pulled the blanket when the water drained.  The blanket was still soaked so it did make a bit of a mess but nothing little mopping can’t clean up.  The lady did not speak english well but she was cursing at me.  It is bad enough she didn’t say anything when i showed her the dirty machine but to curse at me.  I definitely will not cone back and do not recommend

This past weekend we found ourselves needing some laundry assistance.  My Grandkids were sick, My Daughter In Law and Son were Exhausted from Sleep Depravation.  I called Anthony to see if he could accomodate a family of 5 laundry with a quick turnover and he said NO PROBLEM.  I was shocked at how friendly and concerned he was, he went to the kids house to pick up the laundry within 45 minutes of my call and had Julia process the order in a timely fashion.  She has a lot of pride in her work as the clothes were folded meticulously, they smelled fresh and they were fluffy soft, as if I washed them myself.  I rarely find myself in need of a laundromat but when I do, VJAG will be the one I patron.  So, not only did this efficient business with a compassionate owner and a conscientious staff help me out .. They made me feel like Family .. not just a customer.

Not too happy with this place and I come often since it’s closer to where I live. They should do better! Almost every other machine is out of service, always broken and when I come back a week later it’s still broken. Poor management of the machines. Lack of pride. Time to replace the machines. Every single time I struggle putting coins in and getting the slot to align. Just add the tech piece to it and use the laundro card. Terrible!! Dryers are always taken by your drop off service. Just shut the place down then and let it be drop off laundro service only cause it’s become a real inconvenience when patrons do their own laundry having to wait or find a dryer to use.

I dropped off my husbands shirt to get dry cleaned for a wedding I had to attend.
I told them I needed to pick it up by Saturday. They said not a problem at all.
I came to pick it up Sunday (1 day later) and they tell me it’s not ready. I then asked to just have the shirt and I’d go iron it myself at home. She told me the shirt wasn’t even at this location. It’s at another location. I said I would go get it wherever it was as I needed the shirt for a wedding that day.
She then got the owner on the phone who was unable to accommodate me at all and this entire situation caused me to be late to the wedding I was attending.
I don’t think it’s fair to promise a time and completely fail. This caused such chaos for me due to poor business practice.
