Very timely, affordable and good service! This place is down the road from my house making it convenient to take my clothing to. Both people that were approached during drop off/pick up were exceptionally helpful. Not only that, my clothes turned out awesome. I can’t wait to keep giving them my support!

Professional place. I felt bad for taking so long to pick up my comforter. I was expecting to hear them tell me how much the fee on top of the regular cost of the item, but that never happened. Came in to drop off items and the old man at the desk was rude. I’ve never had a dude at a business be so openly rude just because I rushed all the way from work to get there 12 minutes before close. I’ve been using them for a few years for general dry cleaning and have always been satisfied with the quality. I recently brought in a delicate hand wash only dress with a tough stain. They talked me through the pros and cons and offered a solution. They were able to get the stain removed and the dress cleaned. Very satisfied with their work and customer service. They continue to earn my business.

I’ve used this Tide location since they opened and have never had any problems. Always friendly and polite. They’re very responsive to any questions or concerns regarding special requests. Clothes have always been ready when promised, many times even early! Drive up drop off and pick up are very convenient. I’ve never used it, but they also have 24 hour drop off and pick up if you have an account with them. Cleaning and pressing has been top notch! I’ll continue using them and recommend you give them a try.

Dropped off 2 brand new white lab coats (never worn.....  fresh out of the shipping package).  Had them dry cleaned and asked for heavy starch.  When I went to pick them up they had been done with light starch and the sleeve had brown stains on it.  There was a tag on the hanger that said .......Soil Mark!🤷 They offered to redo them both but I was afraid to let them have another go at it.

I have used several cleaners in the area since I moved to the area. I have been with Tide Cleaners for over a year now and am very pleased with the way they handle everything from personal relations to tough stains on the fabrics. Excellent work! Joanne was super friendly and polite. All the staff was friendly. A wash and fold service was completed same day. Our lab jackets and blankets were very clean and folded crisp. Fair prices as well. Highly recommend, I will definitely be a return custom.

We have had a very bad experience with Legacy Cleaner. I attached before and after photos you will see how unprofessional they are. 😡

We have a custom made fully silk wedding dress worn once only. Wanted to clean before the wedding. I have asked many place to get a good care of 10K worth of dress. I ended  up with Legacy. When we are dropping off the dress we asked everything to make sure if they take care of. They were really confident and telling me bs about how experienced they are.

We went to take the dress and my fiancé saw the dress,  she almost lost her mind. That beautiful dress they ruined and Liz in the store was telling me better to take it a Taylor. They were so rude to us. She also yelled to my fiancé.

We had a wedding on Sunday but it’s Thursday and dress is ruined. They told me they will fix it. When I called the Legacy in the morning about the dress update someone on the phone told me “are you kidding me calling in the morning “ they are so rude and careless. They also told me owner will call you but it’s been a week nobody called me.

If you care your dress don’t even think to take your dress there. Highly not recommended. 😡

First time using this service and I have to say that it was the quickest turnaround on a dry cleaning service I’ve had. My suit came out looking brand new after being stored for quite some time, and the attention to detail they give is top notch.

Joanne, the manager, is awesome! We are recent customers to this location. My daughter was married last month and I needed 20 floor length tablecloths pressed 5 days out from wedding.  Dropped them off around 10 AM and they were ready the next morning. They looked great, and I couldn't believe how quick the turnaround time was - didn't expect them next day! I was declined services because I have a medical exemption for wearing a mask which is allowed as part of the Edmond mandate. I was told to use the drive through but I was unable to. This is discrimination and unlawful according to the American Disability Act.

I did receive a check from the owner for the replacement of my comforter. Still a low score because I cannot vouch for the actual services since the comforter was lost. It did seem disorganized. I do appreciate them refunding the cost and the cost of my comforter.

Still waiting on my down comforter to be found. They say they’ve never had this happen before but they can’t seem to find my comforter. Apparently they have 10 stores and move the items from various stores. Can’t seem to find mine.
They gave me the boss’s number. He or she hasn’t replied yet. Giving a 1 review so far since the business does seem to exist, but I can’t give a full review until I actually receive the service. I also already paid for it. Willing to change my review if I ever get my property back.

I brought in several high-end very nice items. There were several spots in which I told the lady working what they were. She took note of nothing. I should’ve just left with my things at this point. One of the spots I was fairly certain wouldn’t come out and it didn’t but it was faded. However, one other piece looked completely untouched and another piece was missing a button. Everything smells very chemically to the point of triggering a headache. I doubt they are truly using less toxic chemicals than other places. I won’t be returning.

Customers for 8 years - they damaged men’s dress shirt,  and owner would not return call or replace.  We tried for three months to visit in person, by phone, and in writing.

The best of all worlds: protect the environment, support local business and receive excellent service at a great price!

We are long-term and high volume customers (my husband has shirts laundered by the dozens). We have always been incredibly haply with the quality and service at Vista!!
