Tide Cleaners

I’ve been using them for a few years for general dry cleaning and have always been satisfied with the quality. I recently brought in a delicate hand wash only dress with a tough stain. They talked me through the pros and cons and offered a solution. They were able to get the stain removed and the dress cleaned. Very satisfied with their work and customer service. They continue to earn my business.

I’ve used this Tide location since they opened and have never had any problems. Always friendly and polite. They’re very responsive to any questions or concerns regarding special requests. Clothes have always been ready when promised, many times even early! Drive up drop off and pick up are very convenient. I’ve never used it, but they also have 24 hour drop off and pick up if you have an account with them. Cleaning and pressing has been top notch! I’ll continue using them and recommend you give them a try.

Dropped off 2 brand new white lab coats (never worn..... fresh out of the shipping package). Had them dry cleaned and asked for heavy starch. When I went to pick them up they had been done with light starch and the sleeve had brown stains on it. There was a tag on the hanger that said .......Soil Mark!🤷 They offered to redo them both but I was afraid to let them have another go at it.

I have used several cleaners in the area since I moved to the area. I have been with Tide Cleaners for over a year now and am very pleased with the way they handle everything from personal relations to tough stains on the fabrics. They are always welcoming and helpful with loading and unloading and are very timely. I have always been able to pick up when they say and they have never had to search for my pieces of clothing or comforters. I would recommend this Tide Cleaners to anyone.

Awesome place! Did such a great job on my cleaning. But my son left a Zip drive and gift card in his pocket. I didn’t think we would see it again. But they had found it, and saved it for us!! The honesty means so much!!!
