As a regular customer, I often go to La Machine dry cleaners to take everything from bed linens and shirts to coats and, especially, my bath towel set, which require the best possible care. For all these reasons, I can confirm that this is a dry cleaner who operates in a respectful, meticulous, honest, and transparent manner. If they cannot guarantee the expected result or believe they cannot meet the customer's expectations due to the nature of the stain, they communicate this clearly and note it on the receipt, which is greatly appreciated, as it allows for informed decisions.

They charged for the jacket as if it were a coat. They cleaned it very harshly, as if it had been machine washed and wrung very hard. The black color has faded, the fabric has become rough, threads are sticking out and stains have appeared. The item is damaged and looks old! Don't bring nice things there.

After leaving the rug for 21 days, they delivered it without washing it. We took it back and when we picked it up, the man, apart from being defensive and quite rude, told us that the stains that were still on the rug would not come out in any way, which was not true. I do not recommend it.

A company that responds this way to customers who have trusted their service for so many years is not recommended. They charge you 75 euros for cleaning and storage, return it to you with moths and holes in it, and only want to give you 60 euros. I have the invoice for my carpet. And if they know it's 20 years, it's because we trusted their dry cleaners, which were located where I work and they removed it due to poor service.

We've lost the money for the cleaning and the carpet. A scandalous rip-off. They don't answer and are incredibly arrogant. Since they're only leaving us with the option of complaining and giving them publicity, well, they've got it. I hope they have to take a long vacation and unplug the machines.

I left a new expencive blanket to be washed, just pucked it up and doesnt smell good at all, but ok, there was one stain thats why i brought it there othervise i would wash it home and the stain its still there ( i have to try washing it by my self, i see u pay and people still dont care) and the most what made me angry is that they attached one very small paper with my name on the blanket with stapler, even one wasnt enought but they put 3😤!!! And now why should i have holes on my blanket just because they dont think enough to realize that its going to demage the material!!! Come on! They could just put it on the ticket of the blanket or with a tape, or just put the paper on top of the blanket-it was in a plastic bag so its not going to fall, or dont even put it at all, not a big deal!!! Really not fair! I brought a blanket to be washed and now got it demaged. Yes its on one corner its small or not that obvious, but its there, why should i have holes when it could be avoided if they were a bit more carefull!!! So, of course i will never come back here!

This is the third laundry I use in this area. It’s the best. After a year of different things, bed covers, funda nordica, sabanas, etc I’m really happy. I speak dreadful Spanish and the staff are always nice and charming, and patient I say 5*****. Thank you.

My experience with this home-delivery laundromat was completely disappointing. I placed a large order that, in theory, should have been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, but it took over two weeks. The phone service was terrible; they seemed completely unconcerned about my situation. The delivery person also showed no interest in solving the problem or offering any explanation. It was very difficult to coordinate the delivery. I was also surprised that they didn't offer many payment options; they don't accept Bizum or credit cards. In short, I wouldn't recommend this laundromat to anyone. It's better to look for other, more reliable and efficient options.

I deliver a black coat for dry cleaning and removal of clinging hairs. The deadline for the work is one week.
The agreed-upon day, it's not ready. And, for a while, it's unknown where it is (whether in Llibertat or Sa Vileta, or lost).
After a long list of calls, the coat appears at the Llibertat store. Once it appears, they give contradictory excuses to justify the delay: first, that the washing machine was broken; then, that the iron was broken.
It is collected three days after the agreed-upon deadline; and when it arrives at the store, it is still unfinished. Once (supposedly) ironed, it is placed in a bag.
Upon collecting the coat at home, it is found to be exactly as it was delivered; with a significant amount of hair and, in addition, traces of white powder. We have to spend a lot of time removing hairs, due to the work not performed (and paid for in advance) by the laundry/dry cleaner. The coat doesn't smell clean. The manager who helped me over the phone says it's normal. However, I've left many other items, also for dry cleaning, and they do smell after the treatment.
The aforementioned manager (I understand it's the owner, although he doesn't identify himself), far from addressing my legitimate complaint, responds with a lack of humility, empathy, and self-criticism; and with excessive arrogance and self-importance. Without having supervised or seen the work, he categorically states that it was well done. He adds to the countless excuses a truly far-fetched one: that he could send me photos of the strips with the attached hairs removed—they must have a file of hairs removed, categorized by customer.
He hides behind his "forty years of experience"—with this way of working, it'll be difficult to achieve another forty—and offers no alternative solution, compensation, or refund.
They've lost a long-standing customer. Just as forty years of experience don't guarantee continued quality, in my case, previous jobs performed correctly have resulted in negligent work.
Seeing how they respond to negative reviews, it's obvious that for this establishment, the customer is never right. A complete disappointment.

My problem isn't with the wash itself; the carpet came out clean (even though it took a whole month to return it). My poor rating is due to the delivery guy's poor attitude. Rude, arrogant, and overbearing. There are other laundromats; there's no reason to put up with that guy.

Bad service. They're in chaos at the dry cleaners. They found my duvets after three months of leaving them. You go back with good answers two or three times, they tell you they're looking for them and call you, and nothing. You go back again, and they make a note to look for them and take them home—a lie. Of course, you pay for the service = no service in advance. And as a paying customer, you have to listen to excuses about the heat, lack of staff, or lack of understanding... mind-blowing. You are the customer, and if you can't provide the service, you close or reduce the backlog. I WILL NEVER RETURN, and those of you who haven't tried it and are from the neighborhood should find another laundromat.

I have been there several times for shirts and ties to be washed and ironed, and everything was fine. They were ready on the indicated date, and the garments in question were cleaned and ironed correctly.

I took a stuffed animal to be washed. The stuffed animal came out very clean, but they returned it to me with two untied stitches. They offered to take it to the seamstress, but only if I paid for the repairs. I wasn't happy, as I don't think I should be the one to repair the damage caused by their washing machine.

My parents took a coat and a duvet to be cleaned at the beginning of June, after a few weeks (because the owner asked us to) we went to look for the coat, which had the same stains that we took it with and the duvet never appeared. We went every week and he always put us off until in August we told him that we didn't want him to waste any more of our time.
We don't know if he lost the comforter or gave it to someone.
