We were only in town a couple days and we paid a little extra to have same day service and pick up and drop off service. It was so convenient and saved us from having to sit around a laundry mat on our vacation. It’s not as cheap as a laundry mat, but definitely more affordable than doing your laundry in most hotels (ours wanted to charge £3 per piece of underwear!) The communication was good and the laundry was nicely folded and arrived at our hotel in great condition. Highly recommend!

We left him some fanny packs on 9-8-17 to change some zippers and change an inner lining that was torn. We left them a contact number to know when to pick them up and the total budget, since they didn't give it to us right away either.
