total waste of my time. DO NOT come here without cash or change. I seen card readers on other reviews....well they only take loyalty cards that you have to buy with cash or coin. Sick joke. loaded and unloaded washer twice before I left cause then I seen OH THEY HAVE A APP hahaha ha also only starts the machine with loyalty card ....which can only be bought with card or cash. if your going to try and get up to date with technology do it the right way and accept debit card or get a better app that will.

Here for a second time. Using the app is irrelevant to load because you still need cash. Was here with two others trying to get the app to connect to the machine to no avail. I finally called and first mentioned that we were struggling and that two others has just walked out … for the person on the phone to snap and say “You don’t have to be rude about it.” IRONICALLY I WAS THE ONE STILL THERE TRYING but they just lost business from two others. By me asking for help didn’t mean I was the one who needed to be called out. And as I type this another person just walked out because the app was not connecting with the machine. It’s a faulty system and I was not the one who deserved the attitude I had received.

Cons: Not an easy system to figure out with the app.

Washers don’t spin very well so clothing comes out wetter than normal causing you to spend more on dryers.

The dryers are there biggest scam!  It is clearly posted that a quarter adds 2 additional minutes but it really only adds 1min 30sec!  I thought I was seeing things so I video recorded the time when adding quarters!

Visiting from out of town and had to wash a load or two. This place is very clean and well stocked. Washing and drying a load (including detergent) was about $6.50 in the standard-sized machines using cash/coins.

The card machine charges for you to get a laundry card, I put money in the machine to get the card and after it gave me the card it said there was an error, so I had to input the card number in the machine so it would register I had money on it, now for  the washing machine and dryer I had to swipe the card up and down several times to get it started, what a joke! What's up with your half carts. My clean laundry falls on floor cause your half carts! What a joke!!!!

Top Notch was fantastic to work with from the start chris was able to set appointment right away and  Brock showed up on time and was very professional and left all the tile in my home looking like new and they were very reasonable priced. COIT QUOTED ME 960.00 WAY OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE. Thank God for wonderful top notch cleaners otherwise I would of been scrubbing my tile and grout by hand! Well Its been a year and i had Top Notch Cleaners out to clean my carpet and 2 couches. I have two really dirty dogs. My carpet looks great so does the couches. I though for sure i was going to have to replace my carpet but not now. I am so happy with the company i'm having out to do windows next. Chris

I got a quote back in April while they were doing my neighbors house, for carpet, ducts, and dryer vent which was 650.00. And the work they had done at the neighbors was the same. My now new neighbor has been having problems with his dryer, and had someone out to look at it and they pulled a pile of stuff out of the dryer vent. Not only that I've gotten 4 other quotes and they are all right at about 300.00 with the lowest being 280.00. I really wish I could post a picture on here. Today's date 6-19-19
