On February 9, 2025, we had a five foot, tempered glass tabletop spontaneously explode. Thankfully, there were no people or pets in the vicinity when this occurred so no one was injured. It sounded like a bomb went off in my home and there was broken glass all over.
Even though two of us worked for over four hours cleaning up the glass, we were still finding pieces and shards everywhere, days later.
With 2 dogs and a cat, we were concerned they would wind up with glass in their paw pads and decided to call Servpro of Wright County.
Katy,  the manager, and the cleaning crew, Caleb and Cody came out a few days after the incident, assessed the damage and immediately got to work. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Justin worked magic being able to get out to our home same day with a crew to treat our water damage. Carlos and Evan went above and beyond volunteering to go on an extra call at the end of their day. They were very clean and professional, making sure to take their time to figure out the extent of the damage and talk us through what they were doing and why.  We are not out of the woods yet, but so far I feel like we are in good hands.

total waste of my time. DO NOT come here without cash or change. I seen card readers on other reviews....well they only take loyalty cards that you have to buy with cash or coin. Sick joke. loaded and unloaded washer twice before I left cause then I seen OH THEY HAVE A APP hahaha ha also only starts the machine with loyalty card ....which can only be bought with card or cash. if your going to try and get up to date with technology do it the right way and accept debit card or get a better app that will.

Here for a second time. Using the app is irrelevant to load because you still need cash. Was here with two others trying to get the app to connect to the machine to no avail. I finally called and first mentioned that we were struggling and that two others has just walked out … for the person on the phone to snap and say “You don’t have to be rude about it.” IRONICALLY I WAS THE ONE STILL THERE TRYING but they just lost business from two others. By me asking for help didn’t mean I was the one who needed to be called out. And as I type this another person just walked out because the app was not connecting with the machine. It’s a faulty system and I was not the one who deserved the attitude I had received.

Washers don’t spin very well so clothing comes out wetter than normal causing you to spend more on dryers.

The dryers are there biggest scam!  It is clearly posted that a quarter adds 2 additional minutes but it really only adds 1min 30sec!  I thought I was seeing things so I video recorded the time when adding quarters!

Visiting from out of town and had to wash a load or two. This place is very clean and well stocked. Washing and drying a load (including detergent) was about $6.50 in the standard-sized machines using cash/coins.

The card machine charges for you to get a laundry card, I put money in the machine to get the card and after it gave me the card it said there was an error, so I had to input the card number in the machine so it would register I had money on it, now for  the washing machine and dryer I had to swipe the card up and down several times to get it started, what a joke! What's up with your half carts. My clean laundry falls on floor cause your half carts! What a joke!!!!

Haven't been here in over 2 years came back to do some comforters I was totally impressed with all the brand new machines they have in there. Plenty of room to do lots of laundry. Love the machines that take cards too.

Place was clean, lots of spots to fold your laundry. Also if you don't have cash they take cards for some of the washer and dryers. They do have a ATM as well as snack, drinks and scratch off 😆 it's open 24 hours which I also like. I definitely will be going back

I put $10 in washing machine with detergent fabric softener and laundry beads machine didn't  come on.  Switched to another machine that worked.  Called the nu.ber on the wall about the machine that didn't work gave info and never heard from anyone about a refund.  I'd give no stars but not an option.  There is nobody on ste to speak to about refunds.  Won't be going back

Well Its been a year and i had Top Notch Cleaners out to clean my carpet and 2 couches. I have two really dirty dogs. My carpet looks great so does the couches. I though for sure i was going to have to replace my carpet but not now. I am so happy with the company i'm having out to do windows next. Chris

I got a quote back in April while they were doing my neighbors house, for carpet, ducts, and dryer vent which was 650.00. And the work they had done at the neighbors was the same. My now new neighbor has been having problems with his dryer, and had someone out to look at it and they pulled a pile of stuff out of the dryer vent. Not only that I've gotten 4 other quotes and they are all right at about 300.00 with the lowest being 280.00. I really wish I could post a picture on here. Today's date 6-19-19
