Not a single worker here while it’s open, washers doesn't work. We had put our clothes inside of a supposedly working washing machine and it took over 9 minutes to even put water inside of it. And some of my clothes were dry after the wash

Love the new guy he's super helpful and friendly. I was struggling with 2 big baskets and he came right over and offered to help carry them out for me. Also doesn't feel like a sauna anymore since the ac was fixed, much better!

I just wanted to come on here and leave an honest review of this dry cleaners. We've been loyal customers for a number of years. If I could leave  -5 stars, I would. The signage boasts 'Excellence and Professional', but they are not. The entire place looks like it needs to be dry cleaned from the walls to the carpet. They don't clean up at all and the floor is so nasty and filthy. There's dirt and debris when you walk in and behind the counter. So, if they're not cleaning up their own office where customers clearly see, how are they providing excellent service with the clothes?

There was a nice staff who used to work here and kept the place immaculate. Don't know what happened, but for the past year it's progressively gone down hill in professionalism. It's disgusting! I left feeling a strong need for a shower. Definitely won't be back and whomever is the owner needs to invest in a vacuum cleaner, sponge and cleaning products and train this young staff about sanitary practices and customer service.

Service has definitely gone down the hill since one of their awesome employee’s left. Two weeks ago, I put my black pants suit in the cleaners which I have had only for a few months.  The lady that waited on me was a young Hispanic woman.  I told her specifically that “I would like my suit dry cleaned.” Well, when I got it back, it was evident that it was washed because of how dull it looked afterwards.  Oh, my husband and son had a situation with my son’s comforter. These folks claimed several times it would be ready for pickup , but it was not even there when my husband went to pick it up. Note: There have been numerous of times that this dry cleaners has been late opening.  Supposedly, they open at 10 am, but were 20 minutes late opening today.

I dropped off my duvet cover on Monday I had to wait 5 days to pick it up.  When I picked it up, it wasn’t on a hanger,  It was just rolled up in a cleaners bag.  When I got home and laid it out, I noticed that they had discolored my comforter.   I called them immediately and reported the issue unfortunately they didn’t answer the phone. I stopped by the cleaners to resolve the issue on, February 3.  Unfortunately, they are closed for a holiday.

I have been taking my daughters uniforms to this cleaners over a year now. She wears a white Oxford with her school emblem on it. She also has pleated skirts and a blazer with an emblem. The shirts are always crisp white, some of her shirts are old but this cleaners make them look bright white and new. The prices are responsible, I came from a cleaners that charged per plete, they charge a flat rate. The blazer is a great price too! The first time I took her blazer to another cleaners, they were so rough that the emblem came off and they lost it. My daughter and I have been pleased with her uniforms!

They destroyed 3 pairs of my sons uniformed pants. The receptionist is very friendly, however, beware that the ones actually doing the cleaning are very rough with your clothes. They slam the pressing units so hard on his uniform pants that the buttons crushed and the zippers broke and went through the fabric. These were not cheap uniforms either. All were made of quality fabric and the zippers were quality metal (not cheap plastic). No refund was issues to us. Needless to say, we will be going back to Grace Cleaners. I trust them with all of my suites, my wife's high-end dresses, and my Armani ties....thought I could get a good deal on my son's uniforms from this place...I was wrong.
