Pro cleaners has been taking care of my dry cleaning for about 20 years now. Their service is outstanding and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Since I first started using their services I have moved and now their location  is not as convenient for me but I continue to use them because I truly believe they are the best at what they do.

Pro Cleaners really are pros. I have been going there for at least 12 years. Always friendly, remember me, will put on a missing button, do the best they can on stains, turn around is about 2 days for cleaning. At lunch time parking can be a little tight.

I’ve been going here since 2015. The owner here is super nice and service is always fast and efficient.

Great customer service and quality work! Dropped off a bridesmaid dress on Wednesday and needed it ready for a wedding on Saturday and it was ready Thursday afternoon! Very impressed with the next day service.

I would like the option of zero stars because this place is AWFUL! The personnel primary language is NOT English.  I was told they would be able to perform an express service and when I went to retrieve my item it was NOT ONLY NOT READY THEY PROCEEDED TO GASLIGHT ME. Allegedly no one knew anything about my need for the order quickly and they repaired something I DID NOT ASK TO BE REPAIRED. The non-English speaking person said the item had already been charged and offered us the option futilely to speak with the manager who was not there. I normally go to AMERICAN CLEANERS,  WHICH IS AMAZING!!! GO TO AMERICAN CLEANERS ONLY you will never be overcharged and they will understand or ask if they don't.  They won't just insanely say they can do something they can't do.

My daughter is getting married in May of 2025 and wishes to wear her grandmother's 70 year old wedding gown.  The gown was very "yellowed" from time and we were not real optimistic that it could be whitened.  Stacy was so professional and encouraging when I took the gown in for an inspection that I decided to leave it and just hoped that it would survive the process.  Oh my goodness!  The gown turned out better than we ever could imagined. Thank you Stacy - and to all of the NHC staff that helped my daughter's dream come true!

We had used NHC for over 15 years and were devoted customers. My husband and I took our matching Burberry trench coats in for their first cleaning since buying them. Mine came back pristine. His came back with bleach stains from the collar to the hem, a broken button, and worn edges. The coat looked 80 years old. When I asked the manager about what could’ve happened, she informed me that my husband must have used shaving cream that caused all the spots. She denied responsibility of any kind. How did my coat - the woman’s coat - come back spotless and my husband’s came back unsightly? I use far more products than my husband ever does and I wore my coat just as frequently as did my husband. Secondly, and more notably, my husband has a beard and doesn’t use shaving cream. Beard oil is just that: an oil with no peroxide or chemicals whatsoever. While the NHC policy disclaims broken or missing buttons, it seemed odd that the coat came back with a jagged button and bleach stains all in one return product. For customers who have used NHC for so long, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service in addressing a problem with care and professionalism. I once entrusted NHC to care for my wedding dress - and now I will be finding a new cleaner. To accept absolutely no possibility of fault for completely wrecking a luxury item when that same item is known for its durable textiles reeks of a company that takes its well-paying customers for granted. We will miss our delivery drivers. They are kind, timely, and always polite and professional, unlike their management. If I could grant zero stars, I would.

I absolutely love this place. the lady that is always there is always so friendly and personable. she's never once been rude and she's always been very helpful. I have difficulty walking and she has helped me to my car with my dry cleaning. she is definitely a keeper and that place is awesome.

I use to really like this place until they damaged an expensive item of mine and sent it back to me without saying a word to me. The item was brand new, I know they noticed the damage because it was the first thing I noticed when I removed it from the bad. Shame on them for their dishonesty.

My experience was somewhat uncalled for, as I took my two dress shirts as I regularly do, but the unexpected happened. When I got my shirts back, and one of them had a stain on it that was not there before. I had shown the lady at the counter this after looking over the garment, and she said that she would send it back for a redo. I saw this is a kind action since reduce we're no longer in their policy. I was mistaken. After I got the shirt back, I noticed the steam was still there and wanted to talk with her on how to further "iron the situation out" so to speak. She then gave me a number to call, and instructed me to look over the policy.after looking over the policy and heading out of store, I called the number and found out that I would have to call again when the manager was in. This did not bother me since I wanted to get it handled any way possible. Calling back the next day, today, February 14th 2020, I was met crankily, was told that she didn't want to argue because it was Valentine's Day, and told me I had no basis for my claim due to the policy stating that they are not responsible for removing any stain. This, however, does not address the causation of the stain. She then impolitely said that she felt as if the conversation was done, and threatened me to take her to small person's court before she abruptly hung up on me.

I understand the problems that she may face daily, but that is no excuse for how I was treated and belittled as a customer today.

I have been using them for almost two years now.  I have had nothing but the best of service.  I drop my clothes off for dry cleaning and without fail, I always have gotten them back the next day.

When I dropped off my two shirts he asked me if it was for a special occasion and I told him it was for my dad’s funeral. He didn’t say anything else. When I picked them up the lady said there was no charge. I didn’t know why, but when I looked at the receipt it said “father’s funeral.” Sure was nice to have a touch of human kindness when I was having a rough time. Shirts looked great, too!

Last week dropped off 4 slacks in the morning, picked them up in the afternoon. $22 Dollars. When I went to put one of them the next morning, they didnt clean any of them and ironed only one pant leg of each slack. Took them back that morning, they apologized and offered to clean again. Picked them up in the afternoon, I thought I checked them good this time but when I put one of them on today the creases were all messed up. (Pics attached). I was going to forgive the first mistake, but now it seems like low quality is the standard.

Only one woman knows what each item costs to clean and kept interrupting my questions to help other customers. What could have been a 5 minute drop turned into 15 minutes of wasted time just wondering how much a casual dress costs to clean. In my experience it’s better to have a price in advance so I don’t get surprised with a bill. Management of this location is invited to contact me if they would like to help me understand my costs in advance.

I came in and ask details about what they can do to remove the stain from my cashmere sweater. The lady at the front desk said it was weird I was asking the details. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never be back here

Worst experience! They took our  items in on Thursday and we called on Saturday to pick them up. They told us they wouldn’t have them until 6pm (they close at 3pm), then they told us they won’t be done until Monday. We decided to pick them up on Saturday, and got our brand new items back stained and smelling like perfume 🤢. I called to inform the establishment, and was told they didn’t do it with no apologize. They didn’t try to make this right at all !! DONT GO HERE

I had good service until they gave me someone else's clothing and gave my clothing to someone else. I returned the items that weren't mine and was told they'd contact me once they located mine. That was a couple of months ago, and I still hadn't heard from them or have been compensated for losing my items.

Now that I’m in my 30e, I decided to level up and get a nice comforter. I ordered a Woolroom comforter (made in Latvia of UK wool). It cost me over 200+ and I took it here to be dry cleaned. Nothing out of the ordinary. When I returned to pick it up, it was shrunken in size and so crinkled! I tried to politely ask what happened and the woman working said “Well I don’t know how it looked when it arrived.” Ok that’s fair but would want a crinkled beyond crinkled, shrunken comforter that’s uncomfortable? I’ve lost so much money and now have a worthless comforter. Do your research and go somewhere else.

They do an amazing job cleaning your laundry, but they withhold the price from you because it’s too expensive. $41 dollars for 3 basic dresses is ridiculous. 1st time customer and never coming back again.

Will not return. I took my favorite dress here that I bought from Altar’d State (pretty expensive casual date night dress $80-100). When I went to pick it up at the Hefner location I paid and thankfully checked My dress before leaving. I saw a big dark spot and 2 long streaks all what looked like melted fabric. It seems like it was steamed or pressed and it was too hot. I talked to the worker and she said she would send it back for the actual cleaning store to look at and to come back in 2 days.

Well I needed to switch store locations to be closer to home, so I picked it up from the May Ave store. The dress looked a tiny bit better but still has noticeable melted marks on it. I needed the dress for a picture so I took it for a head shot pic and returned it the next day so they could show the manager for claims.

Today, I picked it up from the May location and had to drive all the way to the Hefner location to only get reimbursed for the cleaning costs, which they stuck the money in an envelope and could have easily left it at the same store that my dress was at. 5 trips and a messed up dress for my $11 back which was spent in gas to drive to all the stores. Will not be doing business here anymore.

This dry cleaning place has ruined my favorite jacket! I had a couple of blood stains on it cause my nose was bleeding the other day. They removed the blood but instead there were new unknown stains all over the right side. I got so upset that I was literally crying. It hasn’t come to my mind to take “before” photos cause I’ve never experienced anything like this in a country where I am from. The blood stains were small compared to these enormous new ones. They also were in a different spot on a jacket.

I don’t know what they do to remove stains but it ruins people’s clothes. Probably cleaning it with wet wipes would do less harm. The price was cheap but I’ve chosen this place according to reviews not the price. I don’t mind paying more for a work done properly.

I contacted this "business" at approximately  2:22 in the afternoon on a Thursday. I spoke with an employee who told me his name was Dale. Who assured me that my minor alteration request could be completed and ready for pick up within a day. He urged me to bring it in as soon as possible. So that is what I did. However upon my arrival, the two employee's present acted as if they had no idea what I was there for. They proceeded to tell me that they COULDN'T complete my minor alteration request at all. This whole ordeal was a huge inconvenience. A huge inconvenience, that they acted oblivious too. The professionalism ?... TRASH, the customer service ?... TRASH.

This is the fastest, deep cleaning laundry and dry cleaners my family has ever used. They have a clear policy for professional sanitizer and this kills germs like SARS and MRSA. So it kills all the every day viruses too, because it gets at those top bugs and kills them dead! The staff and owner have clear connections to various international communities in the area. They speak and read and write English, but also other languages fluently.
The clothing my family has submitted include fine wool, silk and a French made organza wedding dress, antique baby christening gowns and the usual shirts or laundry we just couldn't get to at home. They have walk up and drive thru service. They don't have home delivery and pick up, but does UBER or some service like GrubHub do that? This store is large and they clean onsite underground in a well ventilated building. They never lose or mismark or misplace my family's stuff. No broken buttons or running colors. Cash deals on specialty items are determined by the attention of the owner. They aren't on Twitter or LinkedIn because they are WORKING for You! But they might get more networking done and contract to take over the many failed other cleaners and laundries in this area!

The cleaners lost 2 large rhinestones fro. My suit and there was nothing or no indication when picked up that anything was missing or broken.  If you have things with intricate detail, DO NOT take it here.

Stains on 5 white dress shirts from their machines and they simply "tag" them and say the shirts had stains they could not get out. Obviously no pride in their work, and they still charged me for them.  Go somewhere else.

Took a long wool coat in to be cleaned, got it back with visible damage on the lapel. not pleased at all.

I was looking for a place that I felt would care  not only about their profession but  how they did their job. My parents retired last year and closed down their Dry cleaners, so it was hard for me to trust someone else to dry clean my clothes. I called around asking certain questions and just wasn't  happy with the answers. Then I found Round-up. He is a  very nice gentleman and I was pleased to have found someone. I picked up my leather jacket and its perfect!!  I couldn't  be happier with the service  they provide. The lady that works the counter  is super sweet. This place is all around top notch in my books.

So I came in here this Thursday morning cause they are right down the road from my new apartment and they were the only ones open at 8:30. I needed a button sewn back on a shirt. I expected to have to come back to pick it up. But not only did the wonderful girl at the counter do it on the spot. She didn’t charge me anything.

I needed a new cleaner since I moved and this place is where I will be coming from now on. Definitely recommend.

Picked up dry cleaning and when I got home, I noticed bleach stains on my shirt. I called to let the dry cleaner know and was informed that I should've checked my dry cleaning prior to leaving the store and since I didn't do so, I was lacking common sense and he could not believe I had the audacity to call and complain. He was hateful and was unwilling to do anything to make it right.

This is the warning you’re looking for:

When I arrived there was a woman complaining about how they had ruined her clothes. When she left I told the person at the register that I had read the reviews about how other people had said their clothes were ruined here and I was concerned because I walked into a woman complaining about her clothes being ruined too. The woman at the register gave an excuse was that the clothes was already too badly stained and that the woman was exaggerating about the damage. She was very rude and unprofessional, and it was my first time there so obviously I wanted to know if I could trust them or not.

Since this place is close to where I live I left my clothes here out of convenience even though I should’ve known better. I left two blazers and a dress. My clothes were not badly stained they just needed some slight makeup stains taken out of the collar. Upon reviewing my clothes my dress, it now has some white stains on the armpit area, which was not stained preciously in any way.

I will not be coming back. I don’t care how long they’ve been open or their prices.

I took 3 shirts in for laundry/no starch.  These are common print pattern cotton shirts.  I was given a ticket for 2 shirts, Dry Clean.  I tried to have the ticket corrected to 3 shirts and laundry service as requested.  I was told the shirts MUST be dry cleaned.  The care instructions label clearly states, Machine Wash and Do Not Dry Clean.  This didn't matter.  I took the shirts back and will always go elsewhere for any laundry service going forward.  Their policy is they are not responsible for damage.  These shirts would have been damaged and I'd be out 3 shirts.  Stay away.

We've used this dry cleaners for years but a few weeks back they lost my husband's favorite pants.  He contacted this location. They told him to call another location. He has more than once. No return phone call ever.  Nothing had been made right.  We won't be back.

I dropped off my daughter's HOSA State Officer uniform and explained the importance of it and how she was leaving on Monday and HAD to wear it to represent our state.  When we showed up to pick it up we were told that it was at the other store and they didn't open until 8:30 am.  I explained my daughter was flying out at 11am and couldn't she call the owner (it was supposed to be back to the original store 2 days before).  She was extremely rude and told me she wouldn't call because she would be fired and then refused to give me her name when I asked.  Come to find out, they gave her uniform to a man (it was a size 0 skirt and blazer) with the same last name.  My daughter is currently on her way to represent without her official uniform and they claim they still have not been able to make contact with this person to retrieve it.  My only positive is the manager at the Moore store was kind and tried to help.  DO NOT use this cleaners for anything important.  If an employee is scolded and/or in fear of losing their job for reaching out to owner outside of business hours to help a customer then that should tell you all you need to know.  I would love to speak to the owner personally but was refused that information as well.
