This s place was great now not so much. I’ve been coming here for years now that they have become digital it’s been hell ever since. First they couldn’t find my clothes now their credit card machine doesn’t work. Only cash not to mention that they don’t answer the phone to tell you that. I shouldn’t have gone back but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.

They could not remove a stain from my suit but still charged me full price. When I asked for a discount, I was told "Well we aren't the ones who put the stain in the suit." I will not be back here. I do not recommend supporting a business with zero care for the customers that come into the business. I guess I paid them $15 to hold my suit for a day. It would have been nice to know that they could not remove the stain when I dropped off the suit.

Took my clothes to this place weekly for well over a year. 1 month ago they lost 2 of my shirts. Each week as I continued to drop off/pick up clothing I was asked for my phone number to follow up about my missing shirts. Today I decided not to drop off anymore business until the mystery of my missing clothes had been solved or rectified. Was told they would have to have ownership make a decision on the "amount of store credit" that I would receive. I showed exactly what both items cost me to purchase and was immediately told that I would not receive that much. I stated ok then return my property. What was the resolution? I was asked for my phone number again. Why would I want credit for less than what it cost me to buy? Why am I going  to trust you with NOT LOSING my clothes again? Quality work will always fall second to terrible customer service.

Horrible horrible experience with shirt sent to them for cleaning. They wrote with permanent laundry marker my last name on the bottom of my sons dress shirt. I was not notified before hand this was a policy of theirs to permanently mark on clothing that was not theirs. When asked about this, they said they do it on all their shirts sent for laundry so they don't get lost. I would NEVER have given them my shirt if I would have known that they write on my clothes. They will not reimburse for the expensive man's dress shirt and they ruined. They have no intention to make this right. Consumer beware. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY. They take liberties with your clothing that is not theirs to take. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at G-Force!  We came here because Laundromat prices at a nearby hotel were outrageously expensive.  All the machines at G-Force looked brand new and were super efficient!  I was able to dry average sized loads in just about 20 minutes!  I absolutely LOVED that they offered free bottles of water for drinking onsite and their location was very convenient (just steps away from Family Dollar and Walgreens).  I met one of the owners who was quite friendly. It was nice seeing his personal dedication to having a nice establishment for the community!  I will always come back here for my laundry needs!

Had an A+ experience at G-Force this past week! Very clean space and felt extremely safe. Overall it’s an amazingly safe, clean place and I definitely recommend using them over any other laundromat.

This was a great place but lately is infested by roaches be aware. Edit: saw a small one scurrying along a washing machine a few weeks ago. Last week there was a large dead one behind a trash can, AND I spotted several tiny ones scurrying underneath the door by the change machine.

Just moved to the area and needed a laundromat.  This one was close, so I figured I'd try it.   I am really glad I did.   Not only was it convenient,  but very clean.  The machines are in great condition and work very well.   The owner,  Blake, happened to show up while I was there and is a super nice guy.  I highly recommend going here for your laundry needs.   I will definitely be returning.
