The team at Joe May Cleaners is always so friendly and professional! It’s a little pricey, but totally worth it for how quick they are and how amazing my clothes look afterward. Honestly, my items came back looking better than I ever thought they could! Definitely worth giving them a try! :)

First of all, the customer service was amazing! They remembered my name when I returned for my pickup, and it immediately gave me a sense of community. The service itself was so fast, and I was so impressed by how white the shirt they cleaned for me came out. I made a mess of it at the last wedding we attended, and you would never know looking at it now. My suit and shirt are also so perfectly pressed and I don’t have to do any ironing before the wedding I needed this stuff for. 20/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

If you perches quality clothes, don't take your clothes there, owners very nasty,  of what they messed up, I looked at the reviews and tried to give them a opportunity to be my new cleaners just moved about 10 miles from them and that's the closest one to me, i will start back taking my clothes to buckhead.

TERRIBLE! 0 stars. My father dropped off my expensive suede jacket to be cleaned. It was returned with additional black stains and a HOLE. There is also lent and dirt in the fur. The fabric of the jacket doesn’t even look the same. My father went back to let them know what happened and they claimed it was the washing liquid, didn’t offer him a refund. I went back again myself and was told to come back the next day to speak with the manager. I returned and now they say the manager is out of town for months. Sketchy. After driving up there 3 times they finally gave me a refund for the cleaning but said there was no way they could reimburse me for the jacket they ruined. That’s crazy. They ruin peoples clothes and don’t even apologize (no one even said sorry). Upon pickup, they gave the jacket back and didn’t even mention the stains/hole. When I noticed and brought it back, the woman tried to convince me “it’s the fabric”. First excuse was it’s the washing liquid, then they blame it on the fabric!? No, it was cleaned incorrectly and now the jacket is ruined with black marks everywhere and a large hole. If you don’t know how to clean certain materials just say that instead of wasting peoples money and destroying clothing. Ridiculous. They only offered to stitch the hole and try to remove the stains but “can’t guarantee anything”. The hole would have been an easy fix but the stains and fabric are ruined forever! I do not trust that they would clean it again properly. They would probably just make it worse and then blame it on me or the fabric or the liquid or whatever other excuse. I can’t even wear it now or get the stains out and they didn’t even at least give me money for a new one. I feel that would be fair since they are the ones that ruined it. They barely wanted to give me the refund. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE. They do not care and are not even decent enough to be accountable for their mistakes. I never typically write reviews but just writing so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Do not trust this business with your garments.

Do not go here go across the street to snow cleaners. The only reason I went here is because snow cleaners were closed. They told me to pick up my clothes Friday morning for a funeral. They are not ready and they said they won’t be ready till 2 PM. No sorry no nothing. They also told me it would be ready this morning. Do not go here. do not go here. Do not go here.

If I could give them a zero I would. Do not take your clothes here on the corner of Wesley chapel and Flat shoals pkwy. I bought a brand new pair of white pants to be laundered and got them back off white. They are arguing that they didn’t do it and when I bought the pants straight here from the store. Telling me to take them back to the store. Please go elsewhere.

I brought (3) white articles of clothing for cleaning and never recieved my shirt back. On the day I picked up the order, they said 'it was ready'. I questioned why and he replied 'there was a spot on it'. I said no it wasn't...needless to say, I never got it back. Won't be going back either! According to their system 'It was picked up'. Ixm like whaaaaaaatever😒
