First of all, the customer service was amazing! They remembered my name when I returned for my pickup, and it immediately gave me a sense of community. The service itself was so fast, and I was so impressed by how white the shirt they cleaned for me came out. I made a mess of it at the last wedding we attended, and you would never know looking at it now. My suit and shirt are also so perfectly pressed and I don’t have to do any ironing before the wedding I needed this stuff for. 20/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

i’ve been going to snow cleaners for a while now, and never had a issue with my jerseys being cleaned. but this particular time my jersey came back with numbers being broken after being cleaned. this has never happened

I have been faithful customer of this cleaner for years. They do good job on clothes. The rate use to be $25.00 for 10 pieces. After covid they when up to $35.00, now its $45.00. I now have to locate a new cleaners.

In response to the business owner, if the cost was not $25.00 then it was $19.99 with taxes which put it around twenty something dollars. When I first started coming to your cleaners years ago I was charged twenty something dollars if not $25.00 it was twenty something. I don't have tell a lie in a review and you don' have to try and make me out to be a liar. I have bank statements with the data if we want to go there.  Your cost remained steady around twenty something for a long time which is why I continued to come but you did just like other businesses, used Covid and other cost, economy, whatever to increase prices. And your prices have increased quickly.

Amazing dry cleaning experience! Done fast and well, very fair prices, and incredible service/wisdom from the owner

I'd never used a dry cleaner before, so I chose Buddy's when I needed a simple hem or repair soley because of their proximity to where I live. I've been going to them for about a year now, and have always left happy.

My most recent trip was to fix my favorite dress that I hadn't been able to wear for years, because the back crochet was completely unraveling. I am beyond impressed with their repair! I'll never go anywhere else for alterations. Highly recommend.

I took my hat there on Feb. 8th and was told I could pick it up on the following Monday. Here it’s been almost a month and I don’t have it yet. This morning I was told that it was only a hat and he didn’t need to go through me asking for it anymore. Each week he would tell me he would have it the following Monday but there’s always an excuse. I told him I trusted him with my hat and that I was HIS customer not who he sent it to when he wanted to give me the phone number to whomever does that type of cleaning for him. This is how we are treated in our neighborhood and we should speak about it and not just accept this kind of treatment. We are the PAYING CUSTOMERS!
