A wonderful dry cleaners that does an absolutely fantastic job each and every time. Prices aren't cheap -- but aren't over the top for the level of service they provide, either.

Sure, the guy working at the counter is all business -- but so what? He's not looking to make friends -- he's looking to get work done. And when you do your job as well as his does -- I'm not dinging him for it.

It seems like they might not be familiar with the concept of dry cleaning, as my pants shouldn't havea bunch of wrinkles, it's almost like that's what I'm paying you to do is take them out.

They really did a great job cleaning and pressing my sons dress shirts and pants. The shirts had a couple stains I was worried might not come out but they did and awesome job and the shirts  literally look brand new again.  I gave 4 stars because the staff members are not very friendly or polite, both at drop off and pick up (2 separate employees), so much so that I actually felt uncomfortable with the simple interaction. I will use them again though because of the great condition of their cleaning service on this first visit.

I just moved here from another city in Georgia, I had to find a cleaners and just held my breath and walked into Rainbow, hoping for a good result but knowing how particular I am.

Rainbow is AWESOME,  shirts done perfectly, hung nicely in properly sized bundles, they smelled fresh as new (odor is a problem with some cleaners) my khakis were pressed perfectly in the exact place the crease should be.

Honestly I have always been willing to pay more to get a really good job, but as perfect as it was it was 20% less than I have paid before now.

Great job, great value, great location, and nothing I can see to improve.  Oh yes, and I lost my ticket but the check in system is accessed by phone number, first time I have seen that but I absolutely love it.

I warms my heart to see people run a business that take this much pride in what they do.  The bar has been raised!

One of the places I took my dress shirts to be laundered and pressed. This was our last visit as almost half of the shirts had more ring around the collar than when I dropped them off. He refused to try to take them back to clean them again and said that it’s not going to come out. Took them to another cleaners and they got them out no problem. Don’t waste your time with this place...not worth the time and aggravation.

I dropped off some dry cleaning for my father a few days ago and when I returned to collect his items, particularly this coat, they were still dirty. As customers, we expect that when a service is paid for, that the service will be done properly. I’m very disappointed in the work that was done and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment without a remedy.

I was looking for a new dry cleaners closer to my home, I tried out lakeside cleaners and was not happy with the customer service. I felt like I annoyed the people there for coming in... I need 25 pieces dry cleaned every 2 weeks for work. They told me to come back in 5 days to get my clothing and when I showed up they said we have everything except your pants... The clothes are done good but These people do not want more business.

If you have any professional white shirts then I would stay away from this place. None of my stains from work were cleaned (even though I can clean them with some oxi myself) and new pink stains are now present when they weren't there before. According to the woman I talked to I have a "dirty closet".

Custom Cleaners

My wife took my suit here several months ago, we just traveled to another syaye and took the suit out of the bag and saw blemishes or bubbles on the jacket.  its a $500 suit and now I have 2 hours to fix it.
don't take your garment here, they ruined my suit and won't answer there phone and their mailbox is full.
I would have given zero stars if allowed.
They can contact me anytime and resolve my issue.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. The owner was very friendly and honest. We dry cleaned my wife’s wedding dress that was very dirty due to an outdoor wedding. He said he would try and get it all out but no guarantee because it was so muddy. Once we got the dress back it looked brand new. Amazing job. I was even late picking it up by a month and no problem. I highly recommend

So, my bestfriend and I gave our prom dresses to them last year and had zero complaints. HOWEVER, this year their service was less than zero stars. They did everything they were supposed for my dress except shorten the straps, but my best friends dress was not ready until the day before our prom (prom is saturday aka today) when they told her it would be done 4 days before that(wednesday the same day mine was done) When they FINALLY gave her the dress back it was not even done. They hemmed one side of the dress and not the other side and LEFT THE PIN IN HER DRESS showing that they did not do what they were supposed to do!!! The only thing they did for her was shorten the length of her dress. 60 dollars for terrible service. Her aunt ALSO gave her WEDDING dress to them and they did not have it done at all so she had to take it back. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS U WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND NOT HAVE YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE. 100% DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! picture of my bestfriends dress will be inserted.

Warning do not use this place! I have been using them for a year, no problems. Yesterday I took my usual clothes to be washed and pressed. The lady took my clothes looked at them and gave me my ticket. Today I got a call saying all my clothes are stained and damp. I went in to look at them and indeed they are all stained and damp. I told him that they were not like that when I dropped them off. He looked right at me and said that they were like that. He was very rude and wouldn’t listen to me . He wouldn’t take responsibility for this. He refused to even try to clean them. I took my clothes and told him I would not be back. They lost a loyal customer. Right away I took my clothes to another cleaner and explained what had happened. The lady was very nice and understanding. She said they’d do their best to get them clean.

TERRIBLE-WARNING!

I've always had a great experience and have used them for years with the very nice employee who used to always be there. But despite a recent and unfortunate employee change, at prom time I took my daughter's dress to them for a quote on a simple alteration. I was given a quote of $25 and an ETA of 1 week for a simple hemming of a simple dress.   I brought the dress again a week and a few days before the prom with my daughter and her shoes to get it pinned up to the right length. After pinning by an unqualified and rude new employee,  I was told it would be $35. I argued that this was why I had gotten the prior quote earlier,  that we were pressed for time now and couldn't take it elsewhere at this point. Because the quote was in the computer system the staff member agreed to take the dress and compete the job for $25.

I received a call the afternoon before the dress was due back telling me that it would be $45. And if I didn't agree they just wouldn't do the job.  They were holding the dress hostage and the prom was the following saturday. I had no choice but to agree,  but to have the owner call me right away.  I was not happy.

I told them then and when I picked up the dress with an uneven hem to ask the owner to call me. HE NEVER DID. What a chicken. This is a crooked and slimy and a terrible business practice.  The stupid owner is losing this loyal, regular customer over $20 and a shoddy hem job. TERRIBLE owner and rude, unprofessional new employees.

Do yourself a favor.  Drive the extra mile and STEER CLEAR of this SLIPPERY OPERATION.
