Dry cleaning part is good; reliable and efficient. I’ve taken three things here for alterations and been turned down every time. It’s not been anything major; all small repairs to some clothing. But every time they say they cannot fix. (It was suggested I instead cut a dress down and turn it into a shirt?) Not sure where the alterations part comes in…

I just stopped by to drop off curtain alterations. The lady was extremely rude and didn’t seem to want to do the small job. I told the lady as I was walking out the door with my curtains that I would find another place that was friendly and wanted to help and take care of the job. I will give my money to another business that is helpful and friendly. I would NOT recommend!

We are very happy with this place. From the 2nd or 3rd time, the owner has remembered me and is pulling up our clothes by the time I walk in the door. I love the small town feel of that. Everyone has been kind and my husband's shirts turn out nice. It's randomly specific, but my husband happens to like how they loop paper ID tags through his button holes instead of "hiding" them in the collar tag.

I work long hours. From 7am till 5 or 6 pm. I work Saturdays often. On 4-28-17 I stopped by after work, about 10 minutes before closing, to have my tuxedo for my wedding hemmed and taken in and was informed that it took too long and would go past their closing time, so I needed to come back some other time. This is an example of terrible customer service. I spent years in retail, and if a customer shows up just before closing they still deserve good customer service. If you want to clock out exactly at quitting time, don't choose a service industry where you deal with customers! Needless to say, they lost any future business from me.

I have brought dress pants and jeans to this place in the past, and I was very impressed with their work as well as their professionalism. They were able to put a rush on the alterations too, and everything was finished before I needed to fly to Texas.

I’m very disappointed. We discussed putting in a metal zipper instead of the plastic zipper,  I have been out of town and had to take my jacket with me. At my surprise, it was replaced with another plastic zipper. 2 weeks later, I’m back in the same boat, it is broke! It COST ME $45. I  have tried to call several times and can’t get anybody to answer the phone to have him replace this.

I wish I could give 0 stars because I called and asked both of them if something was possible and when I got there she was on her phone just talking. Instantly she said I’m so busy I can’t do it’s going to cost you so much. I said money isn’t the issue. She replied no hun I can’t do.

I had a suit that needed to be altered for a funeral within a week. He measured me and then told me that it would take 2 weeks. Plus I had a Clerical robe that I needed to be dry cleaned he said it would cost 75.00. My normal cleaners  would charge 25.00. Needless to say I left and will not return he didn't even say a word. Wait he did say he is busy with people that will pay his price. O.K. I'm a Physician and so is my husband but I think the color of my skin could have made him say that.

I went to Angies based on reviews after my previous dry cleaner ruined 2 good shirts ... I have had to iron every shirt so far ... in just 5 weeks ... they don't press them ... starched shirts with creases looking like they have been hung damp and then wrapped in plastic and given to me ... I will be looking for a new place ... I even asked if I had to request that my shirts are pressed and creased properly, and I got a blank stare in return ....

I am updating my review - after requesting creases in the sleeves and a better overall pressing, the results were well below average.

I have been having clothing and uniforms professionally cleaned and pressed since 1987 and this is the worst job I have ever seen. Some of the shirts look like they were put on the hangars damp and left to dry without ever seeing a press.

Time to find another cleaners that will do a better job - the solution they offered is a non-solution. I do not have time to bring my shirts back each week to have them pressed correctly, and with my schedule as it is, I have my work shirts professionally laundered to save me time ... time I now have to spend re-ironing my shirts after paying to have that service performed.

We have used Angie’s a small handful of times, wasn’t pleased so we tried another place. Not good there either so we came back to Angie’s.  My husband picked up the clothes today and it was worse than ever.  Suits and a blouse with creases where there shouldn’t be creases.  His suits will need to be steamed, there’s ripples and creases and seams not steamed/pressed cleanly.   We are so displeased.  My blouse has one giant crease front and back like they just placed it between a flat iron without smoothing it.

Absolutely terrible customer service!  They have destroyed several of my shirts, they use a chemical and process that will destroy your buttons but they refuse to fix or compensate.  I had a conversation with the owner, she was rude and had zero intention of taking care of me, the customer.  I will never use their service again!

I read your response, clearly my name isn’t Deeth, it’s my email address.  No need to know my name as I’ll never return to your business again.  I found a dry cleaner that knows how to treat their customers and they know how to dry clean clothes.  Your response to my review is as clueless as you were on the phone when we spoke.  You ruined over $600 of my shirts, 2 on one visit and 3 on another, worthless.  You argued with me regarding compensation or fixing your team’s errors and inability to correctly dry clean clothes.  No wonder you have a 3.8 stars on google. You should absolutely continue to put the blame on your customers, it will eventually put you out of business.

I took in my daughter's wedding dress that was worn for an outdoor wedding that happened between rain showers.  The bottom of the dress was muddy and when I picked up the dress it was SPOTLESS!  They put it in a beautiful wedding dress box fully protected!  They are very friendly and helpful!!!!  They took a wedding dress that looked like it had a fantastic wedding and reception (TRUE) and removed every speck of evidence that it had ever been worn!  Thanks to Angie's it may be worn again...perhaps by a future Granddaughter.  Thanks to Angie's Cleaner my daughter's dress is as perfect as the day it was bought! Five stars!

Ruined my dress slacks. They now have a red dye that is impossible to get off. Unfortunately all they did was clean it two more times and try to get me to accept it. Very sad no1 wanted to take responsibility and attempt to make the situation right. Just kept hoping I wouldn’t notice or mind. I encourage people to seek out a company with better customer service. It pains me to write a review like this because I also own a company and would really be disappointed with myself if one of my customers felt the way I feel about my experience at this laundromat!

Edit: The response to my review is even more disappointing and is evident of my experience. When a customer has a bad experience the proper response is not to examine whether or not the problem warrants your consideration to determine if rectification is necessary; but to apologize sincerely, in my opinion. I will not be returning as I have spent far more time at the laundromat then I should have had to and was intending to in the first place. As a fellow business owner I wish you and your business all the best and please know I do not care about the slacks. If I got some sincere attention and an apology I would have been more then happy to change the review.

My wife took my suit here several months ago, we just traveled to another syaye and took the suit out of the bag and saw blemishes or bubbles on the jacket.  its a $500 suit and now I have 2 hours to fix it.
don't take your garment here, they ruined my suit and won't answer there phone and their mailbox is full.
I would have given zero stars if allowed.
They can contact me anytime and resolve my issue.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. The owner was very friendly and honest. We dry cleaned my wife’s wedding dress that was very dirty due to an outdoor wedding. He said he would try and get it all out but no guarantee because it was so muddy. Once we got the dress back it looked brand new. Amazing job. I was even late picking it up by a month and no problem. I highly recommend

So, my bestfriend and I gave our prom dresses to them last year and had zero complaints. HOWEVER, this year their service was less than zero stars. They did everything they were supposed for my dress except shorten the straps, but my best friends dress was not ready until the day before our prom (prom is saturday aka today) when they told her it would be done 4 days before that(wednesday the same day mine was done) When they FINALLY gave her the dress back it was not even done. They hemmed one side of the dress and not the other side and LEFT THE PIN IN HER DRESS showing that they did not do what they were supposed to do!!! The only thing they did for her was shorten the length of her dress. 60 dollars for terrible service. Her aunt ALSO gave her WEDDING dress to them and they did not have it done at all so she had to take it back. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS U WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND NOT HAVE YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE. 100% DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! picture of my bestfriends dress will be inserted.

Warning do not use this place! I have been using them for a year, no problems. Yesterday I took my usual clothes to be washed and pressed. The lady took my clothes looked at them and gave me my ticket. Today I got a call saying all my clothes are stained and damp. I went in to look at them and indeed they are all stained and damp. I told him that they were not like that when I dropped them off. He looked right at me and said that they were like that. He was very rude and wouldn’t listen to me . He wouldn’t take responsibility for this. He refused to even try to clean them. I took my clothes and told him I would not be back. They lost a loyal customer. Right away I took my clothes to another cleaner and explained what had happened. The lady was very nice and understanding. She said they’d do their best to get them clean.

TERRIBLE-WARNING!

I've always had a great experience and have used them for years with the very nice employee who used to always be there. But despite a recent and unfortunate employee change, at prom time I took my daughter's dress to them for a quote on a simple alteration. I was given a quote of $25 and an ETA of 1 week for a simple hemming of a simple dress.   I brought the dress again a week and a few days before the prom with my daughter and her shoes to get it pinned up to the right length. After pinning by an unqualified and rude new employee,  I was told it would be $35. I argued that this was why I had gotten the prior quote earlier,  that we were pressed for time now and couldn't take it elsewhere at this point. Because the quote was in the computer system the staff member agreed to take the dress and compete the job for $25.

I received a call the afternoon before the dress was due back telling me that it would be $45. And if I didn't agree they just wouldn't do the job.  They were holding the dress hostage and the prom was the following saturday. I had no choice but to agree,  but to have the owner call me right away.  I was not happy.

I told them then and when I picked up the dress with an uneven hem to ask the owner to call me. HE NEVER DID. What a chicken. This is a crooked and slimy and a terrible business practice.  The stupid owner is losing this loyal, regular customer over $20 and a shoddy hem job. TERRIBLE owner and rude, unprofessional new employees.

Do yourself a favor.  Drive the extra mile and STEER CLEAR of this SLIPPERY OPERATION.
