The service was superb.  I actually thought it would take 3 to 4 days to receive 2 dresses back because one had fringes at the bottom.  I thought it may be difficult to keep knots out.  I was pleasantly surprised to get a text after 2 days that my cleaning was ready for pickup. The drive through dropoff and pickup time line was quick and easy.  The young lady who waited on me was kind enough to open the door and place the cleaning in my car.  I truly appreciated that because it’s difficult for me to get in and out of a car . I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Arrow . After spending hundreds of dollars having bridal pearl buttons added to my wedding dress, I took my dress to Arrow for cleaning 2 months before my wedding  for cleaning per my seamstress’ recommendation. I’ll compliment that they finished cleaning my dress 1 month earlier than the expected date. However, when I picked up my dress, there was pilling on the fabric, an odd smell to the dress, and– worst of all– the sheen on my pearl buttons had been completely wiped and my buttons were scratched up. I was completely devastated.
Then began several weeks of back-and-forth with Arrow. My calls more often than not unanswered or I was told the person I needed to talk to was unavailable. Understandably, Arrow asked me to bring my dress back so they could look at the pearls themself. They told me to bring it any time that particular day, but when I did bring it shortly after that phone call, I was told I needed to leave my dress there because the lady I talked to had just gone on her break. I was told to expect a phone call from her that afternoon. I called back many times that afternoon, talking to a different person and having to explain why I was calling each time, and still received no answers that day or for the next week.
I spoke with Bee the next few weeks about next steps on my dress. A few times she mentioned that they may be able to monetarily help me buy replacement pearls. Because they were hundreds of dollars to replace, I did want to wait to see how Arrow was willing to help. But, Bee kept telling me that she needed to talk to her supervisor after each of our conversations. When I asked if I could come speak with the supervisor directly to avoid all the back-and-forth, I was shut down without reason. After two weeks of this, I was anxious and purchased replacement pearls on my own and scheduled my seamstress again to replace the destroyed pearls because my wedding day was nearing and I had no answers from Arrow on how they’d help. I finally got ahold of Bee and asked if I could come pick up my dress, she said “well of course, it’s your gown,” but then asked me to wait a few more days to come get it so she could take some more pictures of it for her supervisor (at that point, they had had my dress back for 2 weeks). I picked up my dress the following day and told Arrow I had bought replacement pearls– they were frustrated with me because they "had told me to wait” because the buttons needed to be approved by the supervisor. At this point, they also blamed me for the entire ordeal because I “didn’t tell them that I added the buttons” to my dress. I had figured that, being a company that prides themselves on bridal cleaning, they would be the experts in bridal materials and that I hadn’t been the first bride to ever add some other bridal material to her gown. When I picked up my dress, I was also devastated to find that there were new makeup stains on it from it being in Arrow’s care.
After continuing to call back and forth with Arrow, they were not even willing to refund the original $160 cost of my dry cleaning, but rather extend me a $100 “goodwill” that they claimed they were very kind to offer being how the damage to my dress was ultimately “my fault.” At that point, I told them that, given how I received my dress back with more stains on it (and still that weird smell!) than what I left them with, I at least required a $160 refund of my original cleaning. A week later, I finally received a call from Bee saying her supervisor had approved the $160 refund. Then, they proceeded to accidentally CHARGE me again rather than refund me, so they had to refund me the $160 twice. I understand mistakes like this happen, but that one felt like salt in the wound.
Luckily, with my replacement pearls and my seamstress, my wedding dress was still incredible and worth the unnecessary extra money I ended up having to put into fixing it, but I would hope that no other bride would ever have to go through this stress with their dress cleaner.

The automated dry cleaning services are user friendly and I was in constant contact on the status of my clothing. However, I had entered minor alterations(example. Buttons to fix, specific stains, etc.) and when I got my items back. Everything was dry cleaned and nothing was fixed or addressed. Filling out all the information I did was a waste of time. Great service if you only need things dry cleaned with zero other alterations, stains removed or minor fixes. Will not use for tailor services ever again. Huge waste of time and money using their services

The 24/7 kiosk made it really easy, even for a first time customer, to drop off and receive the garment cleaned both after hours. Convenient, fast, and did the job. I will be going back!

Dropped off 2 uniform shirts and a pair uniform slacks. I didn’t receive the slacks as you all still have them. They were lost somewhere on your end. Both uniform shirts were to be pressed. The lines were completely off. Not at all happy with this service as this is the second time this has happened. As soon as I recieve refund and my slacks back I will be going somewhere else that I can trust. Extremely disappointed in your service all the way around. I had to borrow a uniform for this weekend. Do you have any idea how damaging that is. No you don’t.

Not a fan of the new automated kiosks.  This might be of value to people wanting to drop-off/pick-up outside of business hours.  Never received any texts, or receipts like the kiosk stated.  Will be a bigger issue when the technology doesn't work, and there's no way to get assistance.  Again, think this is great for those wanting after-hours service.  But, slower than the previous drop-off process and very impersonal.  Courious how you shove a comforter in that chute?

Rung the bell, waited 20 mins. No one showed up. Door was open and you'd think there'd be someone there. Terrible service, just like the other reviews said. Don't bother going.

Very poor service when I first went in the older Asian man was sleep in chair behind counter he came to front and never greeted me so I said hello and he reached for my items so again I said hello how are you which he finally acknowledged me..I should of left then but I didn't.i showed him the areas I wanted treated and so he tagged it in the spots that I showed him and advised price and when it would be ready. The day I come to pickup my item he comes up front and greets me I hand my ticket he brought me my items great! I give him payment as I go over item...stain still there.so I  tell him that the stain is still there he says he did the bottom of pants as I kindly reminded him I showed him areas to treat and he tagged them. He told me he never tagged the area in question...so now I'm being called a liar.h. He also said "Don't bring attitude" . I said excuse me I'm buying I'm not begging and don't ever tell me not to bring attitude because you can't do your job. Once I asked for change and advised him I would never use he's service again and I kindly left. It's a F for me!

I brought a coat in to have cleaned. It had noticeable dirt on sleeves, lapel and bottom front of the coat. I took it back to show the owner who after seeing the dirt denied that the dirt he was scratching off was even there. He refused to refund my money or even clean it properly.  He had literally put my coat on a hanger tagged it and put a plastic bag over it and charged me for it.  I try to support neighborhood business, but I won’t be taking my business there again.

I have been using this cleaners and laundry for over 20 years. I like their friendliness. They starch my shirts as prescribed everytime. Their hours are adaptable to those that work everyday. The only conn I have is they have started using metal staples for tagging. I was told they would stop using the metal staples for tagging their clothing. Other than that so definitely recommend this business.

Over charge for 2 little girl dresses. Charge me 40 dollars, he said because one was a 4 size and the other was 7 size small girls. Then asked if I want them or not ? You don't have to pay.
